Amazing suite with a balcony and sauna! So clean and lots of room, the staff were all very responsive on WhatsApp and gave clear directions on how to access the property. Loved staying here

Distance from the main attractions- 20 minutes walking distance.

Bathroom was spacious. The room was very clean- size was perfect. The host was very nice and the breakfast was just perfect!

It was too hot during the night, so we did not have a good sleep.

The shower wasn't that hot. The breakfast serving on the trolley in the room just did not work for us. Eating perched on a stool is not that great. The food was okay but not brilliant and we would have preferred a breakfast room, but that is our opinion it may suit others. The welcome on arrival was a little abrupt and not that warm, more a rushed experience but again that is a personal opinion. All the room info could have been put into one folder rather than everywhere in the room. It just didn't really work for us...

The room was nice and the location worked for us but it is 15 mins into the main area. Parking was nearby which was useful and just a 5 min walk to the property and we found a great rustic local restaurant nearby for our first night. The breakfast lady was charming and did everything to help us in the morning.The room was very clean and comfortable.

It’s on the outskirts of the old town so a bit far to walk but there are plenty of trams and buses if you know what you are doing.

It was a two room apartment with a separate bedroom. It was very clean and the lady looking after us at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Slight problem with air-conditioning so left window open. Eaten alive by mosquitos.

Great location handy for parking and public transport. Breakfast on roof terrace was great. Even managed a sauna before Breakfast 😁.

A nice place on a reasonable walking distance (15-20min) from the old town. There are a lot of possibilities for public transportation nearby that will take you in various touristy locations. There were some nice restaurants nearby, some bars and in general it looked like a desirable area for tourists (there were a lot of people with suitcases all the time). There is a public parking nearby which for us was very important as we had a rental that we needed to park for a few days while we explore Florence and the cost was reasonable - 15euro for 24hours. People were very nice and friendly! The check in was easy and we have received instructions upfront on WhatsApp.

Didn’t realise air conditioners weren’t allowed to be operated at this time and the balcony connected to another room. Hard to get air flow into the room, we ended up putting the electronic blind down as a safety measure and left the inner doors open. Just a bit stuffy.

Safe feel to the area. Plenty of options at evening for a meal. Staff allowed us to quickly get changed in our room although we were early. We appreciated that.

It was sooo hot in the room, had to sleep with the balcony door open to feel like we weren’t melting.

Wonderful staff, beautiful balcony, location right outside of the big city area. It was overall a great stay. Pizza place across the street was so good!
