Despite the label, the room doesn’t really feel “Deluxe” in terms of finishes and amenities. The price is quite steep for the overall comfort level and features provided.

The room is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that add a touch of elegance. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. Early check-in was kindly accommodated ahead of the stated time on Booking. Communication via WhatsApp was clear and responsive. The space was clean and offered the essentials for a short stay.

No elevators, property is in 3rd floor, no shampoo or wash soap. Could be nice to find at least a bottle of water when you arrive, just two capsules of coffee for 2 nights 2 people without water. But great space and clean.

The location of the house was within walking distance to everything. The host was helpful. He also helped us to leave our things after leaving the house.

The old windows and location meant noise and all hours (earbuds required for a good sleep). The check-in procedure was very difficult and unclear. We relied on the help of two fellow residents to gain access the building. The lock doors inside the building were extremely difficult to open, we had to contact the host to open remotely on a couple of occasions. If these small matters were fixed, the apartment would be faultless.

Excellent location, characterful and spacious apartment with a good balcony. Comfortable bed and good washing facilities.

The external AC allowed for a lot of mosquitos to get in, the air was not needed and I was unable to remove it to close the window, I was bit multiple times my mosquitos and was unable to sleep because I kept hearing the buzzing sound close to to me. It’s an older building so every time you turn off the sink, the plumbing makes a loud noise inside the apartment, which I didn’t mind since I was a solo traveler, but I can see how that can wake someone else up at night or early morning if I was with someone else or family

The smell of the apartment and the stairs was bad like high humidity we had to keep the windows open. at night its noisy from the streets would recommend to install a better windows, we was abel to hear our neighbors next door snoring all night

Website gave impression of a hotel - this is an AirBnB style apartment Access to the building is complicated (and you let yourself in) with three different keys. Key to main apartment block didn't work easily and with nobody around to help, this was not convenient. On arrival, the host asked me to walk 15 minutes across town to have my passport checked - this was not convenient on a work trip, which I told him, and he adapted his plan

The shower broke down and despite being repairedstill went cold while showering. there was only 1 chair to sit on and the balcony could only accommodate 1 person at a time.. there was only 1 coffee mug. A bit irritating when therecare 2 of you in the room.

The positive was great and the room large and the bed comfortable.

The space between the toilet and the shower cabin is too narrow, any person over 175 cm height will have too little leg room when using the toilet.

Great location in the city center near the Duomo. The room is clean and well equipped.

Room was a little worn down. AC was bit whacky. You could hear very well into the hallway and the other room.

No lift till 2nd floor which was not communicated to us. No soaps in the bathroom.

Sheets were a bit dirty from stains, the bathroom us a bit outdated and seems like it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival.

The apartment is located nearby Santa Maria del Fiore, which came in handy given that we were in the city only for a day. The room is okay, well-kept, everything necessary was there. The host was available almost at all times.

Not Located on the ground floor., 1st level so one flight up. No elevator so a bit problematic for anyone with issues going up stairs

Even though the host was reachable, there was not much help besides a video. I would really appreciate if there would be a person at the flat for the value of money spent. The room was also very hot and there is no AC and due to the location it is very loud.
