However, with regard to your evaluation of our property's location — rated 2.5 and described as "misleading, frightening, and not at all close to the center" — we feel, as an exception, compelled to make a few remarks. As a general rule, the Management of Malva refrains from commenting on guests’ opinions, considering each experience subjective and worthy of respect, whether enthusiastic or critical in tone. In this case, however, we believe it is appropriate to point out that some of the expressions used may unfairly damage the image of our establishment. Specifically, the terms "misleading" and "frightening" suggest, respectively, an intent to deceive and an environment that may cause distress or insecurity. These are serious judgments which, in the interest of intellectual fairness, we would have expected to be supported by more objective and detailed evidence. Regarding the claim that the property is “not at all close to the center,” we would like to point out that our location — as shown on all major booking platforms, including Booking.com — is accurately listed based on official OpenStreetMap data. The distances indicated are consistent with the property's actual geographic location, as well as with the urban layout of the area. In conclusion, we wish to assure you that our sole aim is to guarantee transparency and fairness to all our guests, both current and future. We are always open to constructive feedback, but we also feel it necessary to protect the reputation of our property and our work when publicly expressed opinions could be potentially misleading.
