Clean and modern property, good location (close to city center and beach, grocery nearby) and easy parking, very kind host

The room was a good size (as was the shower) and in a quiet apartment building. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and 20 minutes to the old town. There is an excellent pizza restaurant just down at the corner.

I do recommend learning the way of public transport or renting a car to get a better experience overall of Sardegna, but for the accomodation, we liked everything.

The accomodation was really clean, not far from the beach (10 min walk max) and there were 2 grocery stores close to the accomodation (7 min walk). There was also a breakfast place called Oh my bar! (5 min walk max) that we loved.

From the outside the building doesn't look like there is a nice hotel inside.

Nice bed, close to the city, room looks nice and very clean. Breakfast was enough for us.

In small 20m2 apartment, there wasn't any kitchen corner and almost no furniture, just bed, one chair and minimal table filled with coffee machine and tray with paper cups. So it is not comfortable for longer stay. Maybe fits for solo traveller better, stay overnight and don't spend much more time in a room.

It was a basic new an fresh apartment at walking distance from beach and city center, still quiet area, lot of car parking space. Everything clean and working well.
