Renovation of the building and no elevator

The location was optimal, the only drawback is that the building exterior is being renovated.

1–What bothered me the most was that the building was under renovation. The entire building was wrapped in plastic, and when I opened the window, all I could see was the plastic. Very early in the morning, workers started drilling and even trying to peek into the window!!! 2-In the photos, everything looked very big, spacious, and suitable for multiple people. I even thought we would have a small apartment, like a duplex. However, it’s actually just a small room with its own bathroom and bed — there isn’t much else.

The location is wonderful! Even though it’s in a ZTL zone and we had to leave our suitcase in the car outside the zone, and the building has no elevator, I actually think that was a plus. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main cathedral. Everything was clean

Centrally located and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Neighbors were very helpful. There is no lift and the stairs may present a challenge for someone not used to walking a lot.

Amazing property in Lake Como! The location is perfect, with everything close by, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The host was so lovely and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by all the complimentary items provided, which made our experience even more special. Scaffolding in front of bedroom and kitchen.. couldnt go out and everything visibile from.scaffolding.. at around 8.30 the workers came in the balcony working and there was no privacy. i would suggest to make dark non visible curtain when there is the scaffolding around the rooms

Just one thing for them who like to sleep longer. The curtains don't close the windows well, and in the morning the sun starts to shine through them very shiny.

The room was very comfortable , clean, big bathroom, we had room with kitchen where you can cook what you want and all kitchen utensils are available.

The only thing I would say is no wardrobe to hang up dresses so a clothes rail maybe would be a good idea. Would definitely not stop me from staying there again though.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is fantastic. Just 10 min walk from the lake. It’s traditional old Italian when you walk into the building but then when you walk into the Suites it’s so modern, clean & fresh. We were in the hexagon room. Bed really comfortable, air con fantastic and shower/bathroom great too. Lots of bars/cafes & restaurants nearby. Great communication from the host - very helpful.

There is no lift so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Great location and loved the facilities that were provided. Shower was amazing compared to other Italian hotels we have stayed at.
