The location is great and check in was very easy. The beds were comfortable and the decor is very unique!

The room could have been a bit cleaner, primarily the floors but that would be our only feedback!

Renovation of the building and no elevator

The location is wonderful! Even though it’s in a ZTL zone and we had to leave our suitcase in the car outside the zone, and the building has no elevator, I actually think that was a plus. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main cathedral. Everything was clean

1–What bothered me the most was that the building was under renovation. The entire building was wrapped in plastic, and when I opened the window, all I could see was the plastic. Very early in the morning, workers started drilling and even trying to peek into the window!!! 2-In the photos, everything looked very big, spacious, and suitable for multiple people. I even thought we would have a small apartment, like a duplex. However, it’s actually just a small room with its own bathroom and bed — there isn’t much else.

The rooms were big and bright and really cool designs. There were snacks for us and has a little fridge but also use of a kitchenette outside the room. Very interesting set up. Communication was good with the staff by phone. No staff on premises.

The only thing that was a bit off was the outside covered in Scaffolding so it was hard to find the door. There anre only stairs to get to the third floor. The hall area is shared with apartments and was dark and dirty. The room itself was great and clean. It was too bad we couldn't see the outside of the building as I think it was pretty by the photos. Also the windows open onto the scaffolding. So no view but could get a breeze.

Centrally located and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Neighbors were very helpful. There is no lift and the stairs may present a challenge for someone not used to walking a lot.

The location was great. Right in the heart of old town near lots of restaurants, shops and the lake but just far enough away for it to still be quiet. Fairly close to train stations as well.

The wifi wasn't great at least in my room. There's no lift up to the entrance so the stairs can be tough with all your luggage. I know thats typical of the area but it still wasn't easy.

Amazing property in Lake Como! The location is perfect, with everything close by, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The host was so lovely and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by all the complimentary items provided, which made our experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to return!

Top.class suite.. EVERYTHING comfortable

Scaffolding in front of bedroom and kitchen.. couldnt go out and everything visibile from.scaffolding.. at around 8.30 the workers came in the balcony working and there was no privacy. i would suggest to make dark non visible curtain when there is the scaffolding around the rooms

The room was very comfortable , clean, big bathroom, we had room with kitchen where you can cook what you want and all kitchen utensils are available.

Just one thing for them who like to sleep longer. The curtains don't close the windows well, and in the morning the sun starts to shine through them very shiny.

A very clean and elegant room in a quiet location. I really liked it. I would book it again immediately. Thank you!

The little touches that made us feel very welcome. The location was also brilliant, only a 10 minute walk from San Giovanni Station and the lake/ferry terminal.
