Close to center, restaurants and shops nearby. A really good coffee shop just across the street. Big terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, large enough for a couple, clean. Free parking was available.

When we arrived, we were told that the air conditioning is not working and we couldn’t stay at the hotel. We got a room 1,2km away, in an area with no restaurants or cafes. Room itself was fine but we were very disappointed about the location. We had to demand to get a room from the actual hotel and after two nights we got the room. Funnily enough we could get the room “after the previous guest had left” which makes me wonder about the whole air conditioning situation.

The location is amazing, close to all restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Room was clean and spacious. The noise from the street didn’t bother us since we sleep with earplugs.

The room we had was fine, very clean, communal areas very nice but we did not see roof terrace as seemed to be shut? The terrace with our small room was nice. Really it was the poor commmunication and facet that no one seemed to have a clue about our booking that put us off.

The location is very central. We were not aware that they had a car park and that was a good bonus. Our room was clean, comfortable and good air con. We had to cut our planned stay short as when we arrived the suite we had booked (Junior Family Suite) was already occupied. We agreed to stay one night to next day to see if we could move to the correct Appartment but it was not possible. Communication on the day of arrival was poor. No reply to any messages and we had to call from outside and wait about 15 mins to be let in then told our suite was not available. All a bit irritating when a long-planned holiday goes wrong. No apology. Staff were perfectly nice but just not good outcome for us at all. We cancelled the planned next three nights and moved on elsewhere. It is annoying to have to interrupt a holiday and have to phone booking.com to get agreement for refund when you should be on vacation. It seemed like the roof terrace was maybe shut? We noticed wire blocking off stairs to up there.

Needed coffee facilities in the room for when I wake up early. Had to stay at other hotel for first night as the booked one had aircon issues, so was a bit inconvenient

Our neighbors were loud and you can hear that a bit but it wasn't really annoying.

It is a wonderful apartment lot of space and a big bathroom located in the center of San Teodoro. They cleen up every day and the staff is very kind.

The staff in the apartment were only available at certain times of the day in reception. You have to message/call if you require any assistance. The room would also only be cleaned if you left the room before 11:30am. I've never heard this in other hotels/apartments on booking.com. Towels are only replaced every 3 nights. Not ideal if you are doing a longer stay. The minibar fridge was very small and could only fit one 1ltre bottle of water and a 500ml bottle. There are no shelves in the shower so bodywash/shampoo etc have to be on the floor (not very comfortable). The shower temperature was not consistent and took a few minutes to get right.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great, close to the centre of San Teodoro but not noisy at all. Nice balcony and clean room.

There was not much I didn’t like. Yes from the room you could hear people enjoying themselves late into the night but San Teodoro is a great lively town with night markets and bars open til late. Parking in the area was a challenge at this time of the year (school holidays). We were able to find free parking along the same road of the property close by, but we had to return a bit early from the beach to do so.

The location was convenient, amongst all the restaurants and bars. The room was cleaned every day, with towels replaced. The room was a good size with plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The staff were available everyday for a few hours in the morning. They helped with booking sun lounges at particular beaches.

Alberto and Eleonora were lovely and very communicative. Always happy to help and give us tips about the area. The stay is right in the heart of San Teodoro, a short walk from all shops, restaurants and night markets. The room was well stocked up with soap and toiletries. There's a lovely balcony, or better a big terrace were we spent some time having wine and watching the world go by. Daily cleaning offered,

Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. This is an apartment hotel, so there is no staff on site. You should call before you get there to be sure they are there.

The room was oriented to the backyard and it was not noisy in the night. Location is very close to the city center. It was very clean.

The only feedback I have is towels are only changed every 3 days. Every 2 days would have been better i think. The sofa bed was not comfortable, but I'm not sure they ever are anywhere you go!

Room was very spacious, bathroom was huge. Everything was spotless. Lovely little balcony area, fruit & biscuits left out for us in the room. Location was amazing, right in the centre of town but very quiet.

We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a room with a balcony and were given a room on the ground floor. We couldn’t leave the door open as anyone could see straight in. The room was large but lacked warmth. The furniture was nice but lots of empty space. Previous pics showed lounge chairs but there were none there. Besides that the listing listed safety box, coffee machine, kettle. These were not in the room. When I asked Giovane he said he would put them in. When we returned there was only a kettle and 2 mugs left. No coffee machine or safety deposit box.

The location was excellent. One street back from the town centre and although they hold markets every night till 2am it wasn’t overly noisy. Local beach is a 10-15min walk.

The location was excellent and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, I found the host to be quite unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. Prior to arrival, I contacted MarMe to inform them that my flight would be landing after the designated check-in time. I received confirmation that this would be fine. Upon landing, I called to say I’d be arriving in 30 minutes, but the host responded rudely, despite the fact that I had already paid in full for the room. While the room was pleasant, there were a few maintenance issues: one side of the balcony door was broken, the bathroom door handle was broken, and there was no kettle provided. On departure, I called to ask if I could extend my stay by a few hours. The host abruptly declined, stating there was nowhere to store my luggage, and then hung up. Overall, I enjoyed the accommodation itself, but the host’s attitude significantly impacted the experience.
