The sheets could have been nicer and the pillows, but everything else made up for it.

The location was perfect and Serena was an amazing host. She provided so much information in advance with train schedules, tours and even assisted with our bags from the train station.

The location was great, the property and facilities were fabulous and the care and consideration from our host Serena was exceptional. From recommendations to ‘up to date’ info on transport strikes etc she was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Serena was so kind accommodating my late check- in time. She was extremely helpful giving me sights to see in Sorrento and answering any questions I had during my stay. The apartment was in the perfect location, and extremely spacious for my needs. I loved my stay at Millie and will definitely be back:)

Everything was perfect!!!

If 5 stars is the maximum, then someone really needs to add a 6th just for Serena! From the moment we arrived in Sorrento, she treated us like family - always smiling, always ready to help, and making sure everything was spotless every single day. Honestly, the place was so clean I felt guilty every time I walked in with my shoes on. On my birthday, she even left me a gift - who does that? A host with a better memory than some of my friends! It wasn't just accommodation, it felt like home (but with better cleaning service and zero arguments about doing the dishes). We'll always remember our time here with a huge smile - thank you, Serena, for making our trip unforgettable

Serena was very helpful throughout our stay and very reliable individual . She has helped us carrying our luggage from sorrento train station, which was very nice of her, and also helped in arranging various day trips. Property is very central and clean. 200% recommend.

Nothing to dislike as much but it’s on the second floor with a few steps to the apartment but again, nothing to worry about considering the whole of sorrento is hilly, so lots of walking is required anyway for this type of holiday. I would have loved a mirror in the bedroom but that’s me being lazy considering there’s one in the hallway and bathroom!

The location was fantastic! In the middle of everything in a quiet spot. The room also gets cleaned everyday with all of your amenities, no stress. Our host Serena was so attentive, kind and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and she sorted me out within 20 mins, we also had a nightmare with our pre-booked taxi on our return home and Serena was on hand ready to help out! All in all, a perfect property and host for my first visit in Italy.

The location was perfect. Two minutes from everything but not on a busy street. Serena greeted us and carried our bags up to two flights of stairs and was very kind and helpful and spoke perfect English.

Everything! The location is close to things a traveler needs and wants. The interior is beautiful. The hostess and her family are all very welcoming. The property is well maintained and safe. A wonder place to stay.

Our host Serena is most kind and she welcomed us and helped us with absolutely everything. From helping us find the property location and our luggages. The property itself is most comfortably-sized apartment and beautifully furnished. I would say suitable for a longer stay. She even handpicked oranges from her garden. Breakfast snacks are provided even though there is no breakfast meal included in the room. As the property is located in city centre and pedestrian zone, parking is located further away.

Our Millie Sorrento Suite was fantastic! Beautiful tiles everywhere, two lovely balconies, and a perfect location! It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortably set up. Most important, Serena was the perfect host: kind, thoughtful, and full of good ideas!

Serena is so kind and most helpful host. Her suite is incredibly clean and well-organized. The area is safe so we felt comfortable walking around even in the early morning or late at night. The view of the Sorrento sea from the main room is amazing. If we return, we will definitely stay here again!
