Great location, very close to the main attractions and restaurants. The room had everything I needed. I liked that it had aircon as well, making it easy to control the temperature. I didn’t get to meet Bruna but I loved the responsiveness whenever I needed something.

Nothing I didn't like, but a small suggestion - a light above the keypad outside the front door will be helpful - I had my cell phone torch but without that I wouldn't have been able to see the keys.

Bruna was a lovely and responsive host. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. And the little touches like the melba toast, giant cookie and variety of teas were much appreciated. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were spotless and the shower pressure was fantastic. The location was great - a very easy walk from the closet vaporetto station (I arrived by train from Paris and took the vaporetto from the train station. And close to the main tourist areas, but not right in the middle which means that the neighbourhood was relatively quiet.

I didn't get to meet any of the staff. I had not received the key code so when I arrived I was locked out. I had to get a waiter from the nearby restaurant to phone the owner and ask for the code. Once i got the messages everything was fine, but there is no breakfast included.

It is an attractive set of appartments and the room was ideal for one. Its a little out of the way but in a very pleasant area.

No airconditioning made us open the windows one night and invite numerous musquitos but here the host wasn't at fault. It seemed to be a municipal policy and centralized management of airconditioning systems outside of the summer period.

Clear communications from host, the accommodation was situated at the perfect spot in the centre of Venice so we could reach everything by foot easily

Wifi was very spotty. I couldn't connect to my email while inside. It would've been helpful to have a wifi password if that is available. Was not able to turn on tv- only audio available. Even though I don't speak Italian, sometimes having the tv on for weather or just morning news makes a solo traveler like me feel less alone.

The room was very clean and served my needs well. Great shower and looks like it has been updated. Great location in Venice near a large square with a coffee shop, restaurants and a real neighborhood feel. I was very happy there!

It would have been nice to have some milk in the room for tea and coffee and an iron. Also the sensor light in the bathroom wasn’t great as I had to get out of the shower to keep turning it back on which wasn’t ideal and hot water didn’t last very long.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Was in good location just a bit hard to find at first however the host was fairly quick to respond and helpful.

There was a leak from the bathroom and it flooded the lobby since the room was on the 2nd floor. The bed was quite small and is only good for one person.

The location was perfect! It’s right in the middle of city center. Even though it’s small, it’s quite comfortable! The host was really easy to talk to and even gave suggestions on where to go, what to do and the best places to get food. Thank you so much for your assistance, Bruna!

Pleasant room, nicely decorated. Very clean and smelled nice. It’s well equipped and had all I needed for my short stay there. It has air conditioning which is pretty useful when it’s hot outside. The owner, Bruna, is helpful and provides all the information on how to get to the property and do the self check-in. I’d definitely stay here again. Grazie mille!

The sheets were a patterned sort of summer flannel rather than crisp white hotel sheets. It was a bit tricky to find. I eventually succeeded just by looking at every street number above every door on the short calle because it didn't seem to be in the exact location Google Maps placed it. I had the single twin room. Next time I would upgrade to a larger bed.

Great location in a slightly less busy area of Venice but still well situated to walk to all of the main sights. Also perfectly located just off of the lovely Campo SS Giovanni e Paolo and next to the delicious Rosa e Salva Pasticceria. I was very appreciative of the air-conditioned "lobby" when I arrived as it was quite hot out. Room was well designed.

I was travelling solo so got the single room-the smallest apartment I've rented in the month I traveled Italy. A bit tricky to find upon arrival but once you get the layout, it's easier to navigate.

Location was just great, it does get a bit loud in the middle of the afternoon but every place downtown probably will. The owner is the best part of this place very friendly and welcoming. We really felt like the place is made and maintained with a lot of love :) We also really appreciated the small collections of teas and coffee ☺️

The toilet was kinda broken upon arrival. There was a slight mold smell. The bed was too soft, same with the pillow.

The check-in was super easy. The host was easy to reach and helpful. I was also able to leave my luggage the last day and pick it up later. I also like the location and recommendations they provided. The wifi worked most of the time which allowed me to work remotely.
