Large room and bathroom, good location 20 min walk to the beach next to a very good bakery, quiet area so expect excellent sleep, in addition the host was very kind and responsive

We would be happy to stay here again.”The hosts care about safety, so you have to cut your food with a plastic knife, which is not very convenient. Also, there is no dishwashing detergent and no corkscrew. This is the only thing that can be fixed, everything else was great.
It was great! The apartment was clean and tidy. Good repair, beautiful furniture and everything you need for life. I especially liked the terrace and solarium. The owners helped with everything and responded quickly to all requests.

Proprety is clean and near by bakery (10 steps away), shop and gelateria. Near by is also nice restaurant Franco just few steps away from bakery. The beach is not near by, but it is easy approachable 15 min away by easy walk. Beach is also approachable by bus no. 87 which has a bus stop in front of property. The bus is free of charge durring the summer and it takes you directly to beautiful beach.

Velika Britanija2 recenzije1 put označeno kao korisnoRazočaravajućiThere is a conjoining door between the rooms (we stayed in room 2) and you can hear absolutely everything from the people next door (even when toilet is used), this really decreases a sense of privacy and makes it quite uncomfortable. From the beginning of our stay there were many many ants all in the room. We thought maybe it was our fault so we did a huge cleaning and nothing changed. They were coming in through the plug socket and the cracks in the skirting. There is no laundry detergent so machine is useless for a shorter stay. No privacy to the toilet, only a blind to separate, which has a weird mechanism that takes a long time to close so not practical to do each time.
It is a 20 mins walk from the beach so it’s comfortable and out of the busy area. There is a fridge and the solarium is nice. The hosts are very responsive and we’re flexible.

Velika Britanija14 recenzija„Fantastic comfortable stay great location and warm and friendly staff !”Inside We loved our stay, The only thing I would suggest and would of made my stay personally a little bit more comfortable is a tiny little indoor desk/table unit with a small tray for two travel size mugs/cups and a kettle to make tea and coffee and perhaps a cabinet unit around the fridge area to keep savoury snacks and perhaps a microwave or sandwich toaster, I say this as the fridge top became our desk and food prep area all in one :) In the bathroom Thank you for providing a hairdryer A small suggestion is to have a shelf inside the shower to place shampoo etc to avoid bending down during using the shower. Outside More sensors/ lights as not all in place work late at night after 12am for some reason some dont turn on. A few plants and or flowers would make the view even more prettier!
Mario communicated with me before and during my stay, he was super friendly, helpful and accommodating ! The apartment feels New and Clean a comfy bed, clean sheets and towels provided. decent size fridge and even a handy clothes dryer and hairdryer - there is also a laundry room which i found out later ! its in a great location stunning mountainous views not too far from Mondello Beach - the apartment is located in a safe, private and quiet area yet very close to everything you need, as the local high street has fruit&veg shops, restaurants,coffee shops bar and clothes shops, hairdressers and pharmacies. Right outside the apartment there is a free shuttle bus to the mondello beach area (busier) and at the same bus stop there are other local shuttle busses connecting you the beach or to the Mall or even to Palermo. Right next door is a fantastic friendly family run bakery that sells sweet and savoury pastries pizza slices and drinks too and the pizzeria next door to bakery is nice and friendly when you want something quick and right on your doorstep if travelling late on your first night for example. Overall we loved our stay and will be back !!
