Everything was perfect - the only small thing would maybe be the possibility to get a cup of coffee/te outside breakfast hours.

While the many flights of stairs weren't a problem for me, I can see how they would be for some people.

Monti and Mirko, the hosts, are engaging and tend to every detail of your stay. The location is wonderful within the old city walls.

We loved this hotel! The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them over breakfast, and they provided us with some excellent recommendations. The room was sparkling clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the AC during the hot September days. We would love to go bak! Breakfast was delicious!

Stylishly minimalist décor with a mix of modern and antique furniture. Complimenti, Mirko! Central location in the city centre with a wonderful roof terrace. The windows in the rooms are extremely soundproof. When there is party folks in the nearby piazza at the weekend, you hardly notice a thing. Charming little breakfast buffet that lovely owner Manti prepared for us every morning and presented in a very hospitable manner. One of the most beautiful B&Bs I have ever stayed in!

We loved the simple but spotlessly clean bedrooms. Just what we like, simple but very clean. Hosts were both fantastic, welcoming and very friendly, treated us as friends.

access to the house was really difficult hauling 3 suitcases over cobblestone streets because of lack of cab or some kind of transportation. Cab drivers DO NOT REPRESENT the wonderful people we met in Lucca >. They are downright RUDE

There is nothing I didn't like. It's a wonderful guest house.

Mirko and Monti are wonderful hosts and so friendly and accommodating. Their guest house is incredibly clean, beautiful, unique and a real labour of love. We had the top floor triple room and the views across the rooftops to the hills beyond were amazing. A fabulous breakfast is served on the lovely, sunny terrace; which is a perfect way to start your day in beautiful Lucca. It is easily one of my favourite places I've stayed and I look forward to returning.

Mirko and Monti are fabulous hosts! They know the area well, make sure that you feel at ease starting even before the arrival. Luxury breakfast, clean rooms, cozy patio/terrace and well located.

This was my second stay in My Guesthouse and it was just as fabulous as the first visit. Montira and Mirko are so welcoming and hospitable and their guesthouse is quiet, simply furnished in a modern pared fine style, spotlessly clean and they provide a delicious breakfast on a sunny terrace. It will be our go-to on future LUCCA trips.

The only thing that it is not in the host control is that the room could be a little noisy as the accomodaton is in the heart of Lucca. Apart from this was perfect

Breakfast was fabulous!! Our accommodations were fabulous, a bit noisy outside but was not an issue. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our time with Mirka & Monty. 🇮🇹🎉🍷

The breakfast was fabulous inclusive of fresh bread, cheese, meats, fruit, etc. Location was ideal in that it was quiet but close to points of interest. I especially liked the rooftop garden for relaxing.
