We are sorry to learn that the absence of a balcony in your room was a disappointment. Your original booking was in a Classic room, but we decided to upgrade you to our signature room, named after the Hotel itself. While this room does not feature a balcony, it offers two beautiful porthole windows with a stunning sea view, which we thought would make your stay even more special. Not knowing that a balcony was essential for you, we truly hoped this free upgrade would be a pleasant gesture. We value your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the pool. As it is not heated, it is typically available only during the warmer months (from the end of May on) or when temperatures allow, and we do make this information clearly available on all our booking channels. Regarding the jacuzzi in the pool area, it is an additional service available at an extra charge due to the high level of maintenance required, especially for cleaning and sanitizing. We understand your concerns about the gates, especially the one at the rear of the Hotel. We take security very seriously and your suggestions to keep the gates properly closed during the night as well as to provide an access code to those staying in that part of the hotel will certainly be taken into consideration to ensure greater safety and comfort for our Guests.
