Really super clean and comfortable; we were only there for kne night before and early flight. No worries about the room, good value for what we wanted. In a kind of residential street so not many facilities nearby.

The location is quite a way from the main town, there are buses nearby, but we mainly walked which took about half an hour.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was a really pleasant experience. The location is easily accessible, and the apartments are in perfect condition—very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood itself isn’t the best, but once you’re inside, it’s a completely different atmosphere. The owner was extremely kind and punctual, which made the check-in process very smooth. The hotel is also very close to the city center—just a 3 to 4-minute drive. Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay.

This is a great place with the locals. I was never around in the day whole day - I'd leave early morning to explore and come back late evening. It can be a little noisy in the morning outside, but it is normal noise you get when you are residing with locals. The noise isn't very much and it isn't long, it's for a very short period in the morning. My first night I slept amazing as I don't think there were any guests. There were some on the last two nights, and they did decide to wander in the middle of the night (12am) which woke me as I was staying on my own. Bed was comfy. Everything is nice and modern and really nice. If you want bottles of water the shops aren't very far at all. For water or small things just turn right and go up 30 seconds. For a bigger shop you just walk around 10 minutes. Location was amazing. Great transport links and easy to walk to places also. The owner checked in via WhatsApp each morning to make sure I was ok, if I needed anything and if I wanted the cleaners to come clean anything. The owner really cares about his guests. Thank you!

I don't believe in perfection, it isn't a real thing at all - there's always going to be room for improvement everywhere you go but the hotel owner was always one message away in case of anything.

Spacious room with a reasonable price. In the center and very close to airport. Flat owner is very nüce and helpful. Especially for early flights and late arrivals this place is really nice option.

There is a coffee machine but no microwave or oven.

Poor communication. We arrived really late after midnight and couldn’t get in touch with the owner as there is no one present at the building and no arrangement made as to how we will enter if we ran late. Had to ask some person to use their phone to call the owner. Otherwise we would have been stuck outside in a residential area with three young kids in the middle of the night. Owner came within 5 minutes but it was a daunting start. We checked in and then was told the children weren’t included in the booking although I believe I did include them through booking.com. There was some discrepancy somewhere. The features for the room said kettle but there wasn’t any in the room and mini bar was pretty much empty. The owner said it’s a bnb so they don’t do breakfast. Wasn’t a big deal for me. But I thought bnb meant bed and breakfast. The internet was down and we needed things like iron but the owner/staff didn’t seem helpful to get hold of this . Next day, as you can imagine with a bad start we were disappointed with our expectations of the service, the owner asked an additional €190 for three children. We booked 2 superior rooms. One room for one adult and one child for my friend and her child (3yrs old) and one room for me and my two children (3 and 7 yr old). My room cost more although both rooms were identical in features but as I had 1 more children mine cost more on booking. Com. We all shared one large double bed. He was worried kids touching the futon bed. Anyway I told the guy €190 was a lot considering there isn’t much service or facilities and we are sharing one bed. The owner started ranting in Italian and the only thing i understood he was going to call the police. I stayed calm and then he calmed down and I told him we have children here and his behaviour wasn’t necessary. He arranged to come later for the payment. He gave €30 discount for the internet being out of service on the first day. After that we stayed in touch via WhatsApp.

The name of the place should have a B less... As there is no Breakfast included.

Room was clean ,modern, and comfy

There are no facilities for Bed and Breakfast requirements, if you have been allocated in room Barbara, there is a balcony which is surrounded by buildings, that was disappointing. The manager doesn't speak in English, couldn't advise anything about bus tickets, no water in room, so i had to go to Lidl and buy as that was the only one open on my arrival.

Property very comfortable. Really modern and the colours are lovely . Bed and shower are really good. Very spacious room and so cosy . I had a great time there and I highly recommend it. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful. I don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak fluently English but we communicate so well all the time . I couldn’t have asked for a better hosted . He made my staying a beautiful experience and he gave me the best of impression of Italy . Very close to the airport and only 25 minutes of walk to town. For me it was perfectly located .

It was nice looking and clean. There was a big bed with a comfortable mattress, optional pillows and a good Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was having big shower cabin and bidet

In the room there wasn’t any kettle to make tea or coffee, for any of these as I understand you needed to pay additionally, which seems strange considering the price you pay for a night
