The bed is very firm—though that might just be a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the rooms door slams loudly, making it nearly impossible to sleep if guests are coming or going in the middle of the night. While the breakfast is nice, you have to prepare your own eggs and chop your salad and fruit, which isn’t ideal when you're on holiday.

The hotel is new, so its facilities feel fresh, clean and inviting. The location is convenient, offering almost ski-in/ski-out access, with a lift right next to the hotel. Not close to the center of town but easy 20m walk or bus getting there. The restaurant area stays open in the late afternoon and evening, offering complimentary coffee and cookies.

Nothing really, it is very pricey but it was expected during Christmas week and the quality was really exceptional

Perfect location, right next to the free ski bus shuttle, convenient ski lockers in the basement, the most amazing breakfast we’ve ever seen with local natural products, you can make your own freshly squeezed juices from local vegetables, including ginger root. Everything is thought through and guests are treated with respect and dignity

Nothing. Exceptional.

The property is new and the room was large. Lots of USB ports and clever storage for our motorcycle gear in the hidden wardrobes. The shower was brilliant, as was the breakfast which was the best of our week. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The views are just lovely. What more could you want.

The best place for bikers, a huge and spacious storage room with all possible facilities (even a washing machine). The rooms are modern, cozy and very well equipped, without unnecessary items. Finally someone "invented" open shelves with plenty of hangers and a place to leave open suitcases :) The bathroom is very spacious with plenty of space to put cosmetics etc. Spacious parking lot.

We had triple room and the stairs to the attic where were 2 beds took whole space at the entrance and each time you exit the bathroom you had to be careful not to bump your head against the wood which happened to me twice!! I don’t know who designed such a room. Really bad design. Pillows were really very bad. No glasses in the room even. Very tiny space. For 3 people you could barely move in the room.

Breakfast was really fantastic !! Location of the place was the best !

Room temperature cannot be adjusted. At least I couldn't do it. For some it might be normal but for me it was too warm. I didn't want to open the window too long because then the air inside the room becomes too dry.

Breakfast was one of a kind. I haven't seen anything like this anywhere else. Staff was kind and helpful Facilities were clean and well designed. You can feel that everything in the hotel is thought of and designed by someone with taste.

Personnel at breakfast venue was projecting negative image. Showing sour face. Taking food from buffet and eating in restaurant while guests are present, also constantly operating mobile phone. Very untidy and no respect towards paying guests.

Room and breakfast choice was very good. Personnel at Reception was very polite and helpful.

You could miss the street to the lodge. And if you do and drive too far away, you need to go around again, because it is a one-way street. Trust your navigation system and make that right hand turn when it says so.

Modern but rustic interior. Feels modern and new but has the Charme of an older wooden house. The breakfast buffet is big and has a lot to offer.

The room design was a bit unusual but this certainly didn’t take anything away from the comfort element.

Well located to explore to explore the Carosello 3000 area for skiing or winter hiking. Basic accomodation but very comfortable beds and the whole building looks new and this shows in all the details of the furnishing and amenities. Hot drinks and some biscuits are included in the room price during the day. Really lovely breakfast with lots of local flavors.

Ski room with only minimum installations. Breakfast dishes must be cleared by the guests - somewhat unexpected in a Bed & Breakfast hotel.

Brand new and very nice, young design. Varied breakfast offer. Coffee and tea all day. Nice and friendly staff - always with a smile.

The room is very spartan. Guests need to cook their own breakfast, I suggest you take an apron 😒 Breakfast dishes also must be cleared by the guests and it is unexpected in a 4-star hotel. No ski boot heating available. You can hear noise from the corridor because the soundproofing is not enough. You can adjust the temperature in the room, but only up to max. 21C. The empty mini-bar. The price does not match the quality.

Very good location - close to the slopes.
