The room was big and clean and the views from the balcony were stunning! The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the shower was surprisingly small. Although it lacked an elevator, staff were there to help with the luggage. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient for grabbing food.

There were no other places around. It was a 10 minute drive to Vico Equense Central town. Nothing was in the walkable distance.

Ivano gave us a very warm welcome. Daily cleaning of the room was good. The restaurant has good pizzas. The view is beautiful.

It is extremely noisy. You hear the traffic, parties at Bikini, you hear everything in the rooms beside you and worst of all, there's dogs that start barking at 06.30. It goes on for 10 mins, then stops, then starts back up again. It seems that the dogs have full access of the house above the rooms, so they are in the garden, the house and balcony. The owners don't seem to mind the constant barking. It is impossible to sleep, so if you like to sleep well, this is not the place. It's a shame, because it would be a great place without the noise issues of the dogs. There's a lot of steps, so you are less mobile this is not the place for you.

    the view!

loud thumping music that started sundown until about 1:30am , not ideal for holiday people who would like a peaceful sleep at night. Dogs barking right at our top , also downstairs where restaurants so more noise.

Views were wonderful! The coat was good especially bc we are a family of 5. Saltimboccas at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and breakfast pastry and coffee was excellent too!

The train station near the hotel was shut down and the walk to the nearest one was about 15 min. 20 min with bags along a road that didn’t always have a sidewalk. We took a cab to the open train station which was an extra cost we had not expected

Nice water view; convenient coffee in morning; free parking; very clean!

Parking was a ways away from entrance, which wasn't really an issue until we parked a bit closer to allow us to load our luggage more conveniently...but in the 5 minutes it took to run upstairs to get it and come back down, we got a 29€ parking ticket. The shower is very small and the shower curtain blows and sticks to you as you try to shower. And careful, the water can easily drain out onto the floor.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, he helped us book a trip to Capri which was very nice. The view was incredible all day and the sunsets are very beautiful. It will be a better experience if you book a scooter because the traffic is insane and you won't see a thing going with a car, and the parking costs a lot in Positano or Amalfi for example.

If there is a party at the Bikini ristorante you can hear everything, the windows are not soundproofed, so we couldn't fall asleep so good and there are also the dogs who are barking sometimes. Otherwise it was a really good experience.

On the coast, right in front of the sea, with beautiful sunset. Ivano will manage your staying, he will do the best for you, hopefully, if he does not forget.

-if you have amthe room to the sea, you are done -the bedroom and the bathroom were large, but poor, with soft and shaped mattresses on the bed, not confirtabke at all -private beach in front, expensive -to go around, even for some shopping, you need to drive (make sure you still have a parking slot when you come back) -there are two parking areas, Ivano forgot to tell me about the larger and probably more available second one -no car? you need to walk a narrow and crazy road, with or without pedestrian lane -the sunset is beautiful, but it is the moment when the show starts; the bar right under the balcony keeps the music running to 01:00h, the bar/restaurant on the private beach runs loud parties every night; on top of that is the noise of the scuters; my private experience, from 5 nights I could not sleep 4 out there. Except if you stay out on the terasse and enjoy the “silence”. -the 5th night I slept on another location, I left the premises 1 day earlier, it was too much -almost forgot, I found out there that the policy is to start changing the towels after 3 days
