Nothing, everything has been great.

The host, Gabriele, is very thoughtful, kind, and helpful. Although this was not part of the deal, we came to make breakfast for us every day, bringing excellent bakery products. The property is very nice and has little features that made our stay very comfy, including a very good air conditioning system in the room that has been much appreciated during the hot days of our visit! Being at 10 minutes walk from the signature Gelateria Il Signor di Carbognano was a plus, too.

We had a great stay here. The host, Gabriele, was so welcoming. We had arrived in the rain, and Gabriele helped us find a parking space near the apartment. He had so many suggestions for things to eat and see in Palermo. He also provided some unique Sicilian items from a local bakery for breakfast. He was easy to communicate with and went out of his way when we needed something during our stay. The rooms were also super clean. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the city center with bus options if needed. Look forward to staying again next time we're in Palermo.

I had a wonderful stay at Olivarooms! Even though I was only there for one night, everything was perfect. Gabriele was incredibly helpful and kind—he gave us a great overview of the city and made us feel very welcome. I accidentally left my watch in the room, and he made sure it was returned to me! That level of care and attention truly stood out. If I return to Palermo, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was a bit noisy during the night because of a party at the neighbors’ on Saturday evening.

Gabriele gave us a warm welcome ! He was super responsive and gave us a lot of great tips. He recommended a delicious restaurant for our first evening and shared valuable advice for our day in the city. The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. Gabriele even treated us to breakfast the next morning. We recommend. We highly recommend this place.

Niente, tutto era benissimo.

Gabriele was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. He brought in fresh pastries every morning and gave us tips about Palermo. He was also excited to talk with us more about the history of the city and the country. He was always available. The entire flat is very well taken care off and beautifully decorated. They have left a lot of the furniture from a long time ago, which adds to its character. The location was great. We walked to the city center every day and it took us about 10-15 minutes. There's a frequent bus that brings you into the center as well. It was a fantastic stay and we are very grateful to have met such a generous host.

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful apartment in Palermo! The building itself is elegant and impeccably clean, with genuine marble flooring in multiple shades that adds to its charm. The dining and living areas are spacious, consisting of two interconnected rooms separated by double glass doors. The classic furniture, high-quality decor, and tasteful details—such as paintings and vases—create a refined and welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Gabriele. More than just a host, he felt like a friend, a guide, even a family member. Every morning, he surprised us with freshly baked croissants filled with an assortment of jams, creams, and chocolate, alongside perfectly prepared coffee and tea, all elegantly served in fine porcelain. His hospitality extended beyond breakfast—he provided invaluable tourist information and gave us the best advice on exploring the city efficiently. Needless to say, the apartment was spotless, reflecting the utmost care and attention to detail. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious Palermo experience!

Our host Gabriele made sure we felt 100% comfortable. He treated us with breakfast each day, provided us with a lot of tips for our visit, and made sure the apartment was pristine clean each day. The hospitality and human touch we experienced during this stay was simply exceptional. The apartment has a special charm and is conveniently located a 20-25 min walk from the city center.

Gabriele and his wife were the best host we have ever had! They gave great tipps about the city, food, where to go for a swim and did everything to make us comfortable. We felt like we were home staying at Oliverooms! Triple room is big, comfortable and clean, they even added another bed for us, external bathroom is also very clean and totally comfortable and private. Gabriele also gives breakfast with coffee to the guests, i will definitely stay at Oliverooms if i come back to Palermo again! 10/10 grazie Gabriele!!

Fantastic place to stay in Palermo. The property was spotless, great location. Host was very professional and very accommodating, gave us great recommendations and even supplied breakfast free of charge! Would 100% recommend and we will go back if we ever returned to Palermo.

The room has beautiful furniture, a huge closet, a nice bed and a cute dressing table. Especially I loved to wake up in that room with the morning sun and enjoy the sun and the fresh air on the balcony. Gabriele was so kind all the time, with great coffee and sweets for breakfast and very helpful advice to discover Palermo. It was a really beautiful vacation and I can recommend Oliviarooms more than 100%!

We had a great experience staying at Olivia's Room! The trip to the B&B was quite unproblematic. As soon as we arrived at the airport, Gabriel had provided us with the necessary information to arrive about two blocks from the B&B. It was quite easy to find following his directions! During the morning's we would usually have a nice conversation with Gabriel, relating to interesting place to go and see, how to get there, and some of his personal recommendations. As we were both visiting Sicily for the first time, this gave us a natural flow of experiencing the city of Palermo and surrounding area quite easily. On top of that, Gabriel always provided us with information on how to reach each destination comfortably. There was nice breakfast every morning, with options of yogurt, locally baked buns, and a bit of pastry. Additionally there was always cold water, coffee and juice. We had the chosen the room with an exterior bathroom, which we at first were a little concerned how far away from the room it was located. But it was directly across from ours, and functioned as private bathroom of ours. So if there is any concerns from other visitors regarding that, I hope this can alleviate some of those concerns. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and really clean! Another upside due to the high temperatures was the A/C unit located in our bedroom. There is also access to a balcony if one would like to dry of their swim-wear after a trip to the beach. As a last note, I would like to emphasize that Gabriel contributed a great deal to making our trip to Palermo a great experience! So to Gabriel; thank you very much for having us!

We think the owner gives a perfect service in a beautiful apartment. We have really no tips for improvement.

Breakfast was not included but the very kind and super cooperative owner serves a small breakfast for free. There was a fridge, small oven, coffee, tea; and so on, all you need. Excellent location, near bus stop which brings you in twenty minutes to the center of Palermo and a supermarket. The owner gives very, very much tips for visiting, eating, free parking in the surrounding of the apartment. Beds were excellent and rooms and bathroom were very clean. Apartment was very and comfortable. Shortly: an excellent location for your holiday in Palermo.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Gabriele was an amazing and accommodating host and very present! He is a very genuine person who puts a lot of effort into your stay, making sure you have all the information you need. It’s about a 20 min walk to the center. Not too bad, but it was quiet/safe.
