Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only problem we had is that the air conditioning unit didn’t work. Someone came to look at it and couldn’t figure out. He was supposed to look up the user manual and come back but he never did. Tried to sleep with window opened but there were mosquitoes, so not the most restful night. Everything se was great.

The hotel is not located right in the city center (about a 10-minute walk away), but it sits at the edge of the ZTL zone (restricted traffic area), which is very convenient if you’re arriving by car. They also offer parking very close to the hotel at a reasonable price. Additionally, we decided to shorten our stay for personal reasons, and the hotel fully refunded the whole stay — a rare and much-appreciated gesture.

Czech RepublicWe are traveling with a large dog who is calm and does not damage the room, but this can sometimes be tricky with the staff and room size, which is why we always book one of the largest rooms. Everything was fine here. I noticed the staff right away, and the girl at the reception was absolutely kind and professional. The hotel is in an older building, but everything was clean and there was no unpleasant smell. The breakfast was excellent. The park for walking the dog is about 400 meters in the direction of the river, and the walk along the river was very nice.
