If you are coming from another country and using a SIM card and cannot make or receive calls with your phone number, you MUST check in while staff are there. Late check in requires a phone call to open the door.

Wonderful location, all major sites hoped to see were walkable. Very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Also- the gelato place across the street is delicious.

Nothing really though if I had one issue it would be the fact that the heating could have been a bit better as, whilst the days were warm and sunny, the nights were were getting quite chilly. It was easily addressed with an extra blanket that I found in the wardrobe.

This is an excellent B&B in a great location. Surrounded by restaurants and only steps from all the great sights of Florence, it is located in an old Palazzo with a long history. It was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for a great few days in Florence. Friendly staff and real value for money. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it.

Location excellent. Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious room with 2 comfortable chairs. Coffee, water and wine available in reception at reasonable cost as well as kettle in room. Breakfast was good value and ample.

Can highly recommend this apartment because it was clean, comfortable and very central to all the main sights. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced and the setting was overlooking a pretty garden. The host was always friendly and accessible and very helpful when checking in. I would definitely stay here again.

I would like to have a mini fridge in the room, but will definitely come back for the quietness and coziness in the ideal location.

Very central location but surprisinnice,quiet inside the room. I didn't hear any noise from the street or in the building. Smart self check-in process after 5pm, clear instruction, easy to enter. Spacious room (and bath) with comfortable beds. Once entered the room, I didn't go out till next morning. I felt relaxed and secure and slept a lot. The next day, I was surprised to find duomo was only a few minutes away on foot. p.s. 11am check-in is EARLY, compared to 2 or 3 pm in some other hotels I have stayed in Italy. Free luggage storage after check-out is nice too.

We had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel in Florence! The man at the front desk during checkout was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly big too, such a nice surprise in a city hotel! The location was great and the whole vibe felt cozy and charming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
