There was nothing we didn’t like

The property is in a very central location. Easy to find and great communication from Andrea. Our room was huge ..spotlessly clean, a very comfortable big bed, sweet treats waiting for us, plus a coffee machine with lots of coffee pods - very generous. The bathroom is also big with a great shower and soap and shower gel provided. Breakfast was lovely - lots of cereals, fruit , yoghurt, pastries, brown bread, eggs etc - more than enough to set you up for some sightseeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to other travellers - we were sorry not to be staying a bit longer

We liked everything about this newly renovated stunning apartment with modern decor. It had a brand new huge bathroom with amazing shower and two hand basins. Two king size beds with beautiful sheets. Both bedrooms were spacious with a smart TV! Three bottles of water in fridge. Amazing breakfast in lovely big dining room. There was a great selection of cereals and juices, boiled eggs, toast, several types of pastries, meat and salad rolls, yoghurts and fresh fruit. The gentlemen running the breakfast was fantastic! Loved staying here and a short walk to the Port and city centre. We loved it!

Balcony was not very pleasing.

We were catching a ferry the next morning so wanted to be close to terminal which it was. Host kindly arranged an early breakfast for us which was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. We self checked in easily.

We booked at short notice and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The communication with the has was fantastic. Very thoughtful host who checked in just to make sure everything was ok. Best shower in Italy, in 4 weeks, and the king size bed was amazing. Paid parking, best option, a 5 minute walk. Would honestly recommend Ottanta5 Private Rooms to everyone

the architecture of the propertywas what amazed me the most. It was spacious, clean and well organized. The room was very well kept and i would recommend it to anyone coming to staying in sicily. It's location is perfect with easy access to transportation and a wide selection resturants and its also close to the central station. its also easy tp access the beach. all in all its perfect for stay.

Perfect location, just 8 min walk from the ferry terminal and train station. 2 min walk to the Duomo Square. We had room number 2 with two large double bedrooms and a large shower and bathroom. Very high ceiling. Air con and tv in both rooms. Easy and quick communication with the owner

The staff were incredibly helpful. I had lost my phone and they allowed me to check in early and helped with lots of things. Everything was absolutely spotless. Delicious breakfast too. Only 10 mins walk to the station too.

This was a very good hotel. The location was excellent, near the central station, there was also a parking garage nearby. The host was very pleasant and always willing to help. The prize is excellent for this spot. We had a very good stay.

The toilet sprayed a little water on the floor when flushed but I’m sure this will be fixed.

Andrea is a great communicator and made sure we were able to find our accommodation with detailed instructions. A plate of sweet treats was waiting upon our arrival which was lovely. Water and beer in the fridge & a coffee machine. The breakfast was great. Thanks

The apartment(s) were super clean and very spacious, with quite new furniture and fittings. Located a short walk from the port and main train station with close access to good cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was also very nice in a common breakfast room, and they were also lovely to accomodate for my partners food allergies checking if there were any needs in advance. Self check-in was easy and the room was even ready for us earlier than the advertised time which was very helpful. This was probably one of the cleanest and most spacious rooms we had in our 3-4 week trip through Sicily.

Breakfast was very good. Provision for celiac (gluten-free) was made with a very nice plate specially prepared each day. Service was excellent and friendly.

Had a great night here.Communication from Andrea was fantastic.A lovely apartment,even better than the pictures.Just finished breakfast was so good.Walked 50 metres last night to a great restaurant.It is a short walk to both ferry and railway station which was a bonus for us.Rarely leave reviews and do a lot of travelling but loved it here

Great property very secure & extremely clean , very comfortable bed & pillows . Very close 5minute walk to the port & many wonderful restaurants in the area . The fridge came filled with complimentary water & there were a variety of brioches , croissants & pastries to welcome us on arrival . Although we did not meet our host Andrea he went above & beyond to organise a transfer at the last minute for us from Rome airport . He did not give ip until he found a driver for is which we were extremely grateful for . He was kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were ok & happy with everything . He also gave us step by step introductions on how to self check-in which was super easy . Breakfast was also very good & lactose free milk was provided on my request .We highly rate & recommend Ottanta5 Private Rooms !
