Over the air entrance system is 'modern' .. first time i have met. (no physical reception staff). I wondered what would happened if delayed at breakfast causing one to run over checkout time! I nearly found out as breakfast took an age to appear in downstairs cafe - I had to pack/ vacate apartment before finishing breakfast :). Alternatively if I had connectivity problem with phone .. I guess the entry system uses mobile data.

Location/ apartment excellent - without doubt would stay again.

The windows have manifestation striping at the the bottom for privacy I assume but they obscure the beautiful views a bit, would be preferable if the window blind was at the bottom. But the views are wonderful anyway

We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage and were found a room that had already been serviced so we could immediately book in. We also needed to leave before check-out time and required a taxi. I messaged the proprietor and this was arranged. The room was stylish with a view.

Our second stay at the C20 suites, the bedroom was smaller this time but still well equipped, comfortable bed and great location. Bathroom is lovely too. Nice view!

The location is superb, and the room was spacious, extremely well soundproofed, and clean. The A/C worked great. While there's no breakfast available, there are heaps of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby to get you going. Check-in is fully automatic and works smoothly, loved that. There were two TV's in my room - not sure exactly why but that's a first for me :D The location is excellent.

We didn't meet anyone from the staff as the details of how to get into our room were all sent via email. Room was very comfortable, apart from the headboard, but pillows and bed linen were lovely. Very bright and cool, air condition was amazing as it was hot outside!

I have no critique.

Everything! The room was lovely. It was modern yet reflected the charm of the setting. The management staff is VERY responsive and they have the keyless entry nicely worked out. A special shout out to the maid staff. They leave your room fresh and sparkling every day. Snd management is very generous with shampoo, toilet paper, tissue ….we stayed ten days and I never had to request any supply. Our room was always well stocked. You could not ask for a better location in terms of view and access to the Botanical Gardens, university , tram to train station, etc. charming restaurants and bistros abound. This accommodation really enhanced our stay. The plaza across the way was always vibrant and interesting to watch.

Towel bar is inside the shower which pretty much negates its use. Therefore we had to request fresh towels daily. While functional, the space is a bit tight. If you travel with a lot of luggage you may have difficulty. It was not an issue for us with carry on luggage.

Perfect location. Functional, clean room with good bed, good shower, and fantastic view. Soundproof with the windows closed. Within walking distance to most we wanted to see. Clear and timely communication with the owner who met us even though he had set up self check in. Easy bus to and from the train station.

Nothing, was perfect! Perhaps a couple of milk pods for the tea, but that’s not a dealbreaker.

Suites C20 were in a perfect location in Padova. Easy travel to Venice Room was lovely overlooking the church square. Spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. Host extremely helpful booking us a taxi for 4am that turned up early! Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had never used remote entry before but it worked well. The first morning we met Enrico the owner/host. He was very helpful. Enrico upgraded us to a junior suite without even meeting us. Our room was on a corner and had awesome views of the Bascilica. Great stay. Grazi Enrico.

As a few people have already said, come prepared with a phone and phone service for Italy and expect a link to be sent to you that day via Whatsapp. I have to take some responsibility for not having fully understood that there is no staff during the day (we arrived on a Saturday if that makes a difference) and that I would get a link via Whatsapp with room number and instructions to open exterior door. Because I made the reservations for the 3 rooms, I was the only one sent a link. We rang the doorbell until the cleaning staff happened to come to help us, then once inside hallway we called the owner to understand the instructions. We each had to "check" into our rooms and yes you need to scan your passport photo after entering name, address, gender?, date of birth?, etc. Once this is complete, you can enter your room and find your room key card inside. You can then use your room key to open both the exterior hotel and room. Some other guests did not figure this out and used their phones during their whole visit to open the exterior door. My recommendation to the hotel is at a minimum to provide some information on the door to remind you that you have been send a link to get inside as well as inform people that if the C2 restaurant is open you could in a pinch ask them for assistance as they are associated with suites, at least to call manager and finally an emergency phone number to contact a local person who could possibly help you if restaurant is closed.

It was the most beautiful room of our multi city trip in Italy. The rooms are outstanding in bedding, bath, furniture, size, location and amazing views. We had 3 suites with daily cleaning and mini frig with beverages included and replenished. The breakfast was not included and was mainly pastries and coffee, however they were delicious!

Everything was great except the check-in process. You need roaming Wi-Fi and to send a copy of your passport and information in order to get a link that allows you access to the entrance and your room. Apparently it is in small print on the reservation but it should be highlighted.

We liked everything about the accommodation…great location and view of St. Anthony’s Basilica from the room, staff small but friendly and helpful, nice amenities, clean room with everything you could need, good value
