The location was excellent and the parking was convenient. The room was beautifully decorated and the property was exquisite. Enjoyed the outdoor breakfast.

Only a small thing but the bar was very limited on the roof terrace. Unable to serve a mojito or have lemonade for basic vodka/lemonade.

Fantastic location. Artwork and Beatles memorabilia outstanding. Museum tour very interesting. Enjoyed being able to use the pool at the sister venue. View from rooftop wonderful.

They could provide free bottles of water. Drinks on roof very expensive- a quarter of price right outside.

The AC could have been better. It was a hot week and the AC only runs when you are in the room with your key.

It is a beautiful palace that has been converted to a hotel. Everything has been well planned. We were able to drive right up to it and leave our car there and they drove it to a lot nearby. Being that the hotel is in a central location within ZTL this was highly convenient.

Absolute gem - nothing less. The place itself is beyond beautiful - wonderful palazzo filled with art, beautifully decorated, full of luxury vibe and yet cozy and home-like feeling. What is world class and absolutely without a flaw is the hospitality and professionalism of the team. Everybody was very kind, helpful and professional and made us feel like at home. Breakfast was delightful as well, large variety of top notch quality options. Can't really think of anything to make it better. Very, very rare and unique place.

The level of service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The property was stunning and the history of the family and the associated art was fascinating. The location was excellent and the fact that you could drive to the front door and the staff were waiting to park your car made day trips to explore the area so easy.

Beautiful restoration of a Palazzo, full of stunning design features and art.Great location in the centre of Lecce. Added bonus of being able to use the facilities ( pool and restaurant) at its sister location, 5 minutes away

The shower settings were not great. Rain shower too light, and alternately, jets set too high up, hitting me in the head.

The breakfast, served in the garden, offered just about everything you could want. Fresh orange juice, tasty egg dishes, etc. And they kindly sourced some delicious gluten-free pastries for me.

This didn't affect our overall enjoyment but for others coming in by car just be aware that it is not easy to find the hotel. Driving in from Bari is fine until the last 1/2 mile which takes you in to the center of town with quite a few narrow turns and following Google directions works until the actual turning to the road where the hotel is located because this specific turning looks like a pedestrian road and, in fact, there is a one way arrow pointing left which is taking you away from the location so again you think you can't turn down it. So you naturally follow the one way sign and you end up in the same looped road system again. I eventually had to stop in a random location and my wife set off on foot to find the hotel. She still couldn't find the property even though she was on the correct road and had to ring them as there is no external sign on the door or the wall (which is due to planning issues which the property hope to resolve). If they can't get a sign on the wall I would recommend a brown Hotel sign on the turning in to the road. I think, for a property of this type and level, a welcome drink on arrival would have been good.

Lovely property. Breakfast great. location perfect. Staff great and the interior design and artworks are special. The bedroom was perfect and the outside terrace is lovely although I think some form of simple screening on the terrace would be good as it is a shared terrace with one other room (which we did know about so no complaint but I think some form of screening, which doesn't have to be a fixed structure but maybe a few small shrubs or trees in pots). The tour of the artworks with Andreas was great.
