The water in the shower and hot tub was not warm enough in my opinion, but that may be potentially personal feeling.

Just some things to be aware of. Don’t rely on the internet as we weren’t able to connect for most of the stay. Also the washing machine and dryer are used by the staff so don’t count on doing a load while you’re there.

The location to the old town, and the plunge pool was an added bonus. It was surprisingly refreshing as we thought it would be warm being on the roof. The rooms were quite large and well equipped, and very quiet despite the activity all around.

The pillows are far too big and hard. They really need to be changed for softer less hard ones. Bad for the neck. The entrance is unprepossesing but once up the rather tiresome stairs to rte reception area everything was fine

A number of issues with the room. Broken toilet seat, some light bulbs that needed replacement, usb socket beside bed not working and the TV remote not working. We brought all of these to the attention of the host by what’s app, but he did not acknowledge or reply to our message which was disappointing.

The location was excellent and the room was quiet and cool with excellent and quiet air conditioning.

We had communication issues with the host. We had no contact with them until the very last minute before we were due to check in. Thankfully, it all got resolved.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, super central, but honestly, we had zero issues with noise. It was surprisingly peaceful for how close it is to all the action. Our room was stylish and incredibly clean, which is always a huge plus. It felt really modern yet still cozy. If you're looking for a perfectly located spot that's quiet, chic, and spotless, this is definitely it!

The only improvement can be about renewing stuff when cleaning the room like waters, toilet paper, and beach towels. None of these items were renewed when our room was cleaned and also we never got hand soap for the bathroom.

The room was very modern and nice. The pool at the top was a nice touch even though we didnt use it because the weather wasnt warm. The views from the top were great. The room was clean. The location is great.

Our only comment was that the usb plug on one side of the bed wasn't working, other than this everything was great.

We loved staying here, the room itself was perfect for us and the location was excellent. We were really impressed with how quiet it was in the room considering it is so close to the main square in Ostuni. The rooftop pool and lounge area was superb, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to others.

Bed was the worst so far on our trip. Parking is not convenient. Kitchen sink leaks so there is a smell of mildew.

The room had some nice features but overlooked some details that could make the stay better. The bathroom is beautiful but open to the entire room. Location is good.
