THE BATHTUB was amazing! This property is as in the old city and beautiful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. WiFi was excellent and the breakfast was so good.

The rooftop Patio was closed but it was very late in the season. The only thing that would be nice to have are robes! But we r spoiled.

Beautiful large clean modern rooms and perfect location. Still quiet street but very close walk to Lecce historic center just inside the Napoli gate. Comfy bed. Large bright rooms with balcony over the piazza. Free breakfast at Cafe right outside with full menu options. Very helpful and communicative host Emilio. Even Got 2 loads of laundry done for only $20 euros. And parking around the corner for $10 a day. Reasonably priced rooms.

The bed had metal poles on each corner which really hurt if you stubbed your toe - which I did.

Emilio was a wonderful host. The hotel is well located and there is a terrific little cafe out the front.

Terrific service from Emilio, who made dinner reservations and arranged for our car parking at a very convenient nearby lot just outside the historic city walls, something we would have had trouble navigating ourselves. The room was crisp and spotless, with a comfortable and aesthetic modern design that still fits well in the historic building. Vaulted ceilings make the room feel even larger than it is. The small balcony looked out over a small square. Great location.

Emilio was a wonderful manager for this gem of a boutique hotel in Lecce. The location was phenomenal and in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room itself is clean and beautiful, with thoughtful design details throughout. We loved the spacious bathroom and gorgeous shower, and all amenities--chilled and free water bottles, lovely toiletries, included breakfast--were extremely appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wish the rooms had a teas maid, but to be fair there were assorted tea/coffee downstairs at reception for guest to help self. One minor problem with tv couldn’t seem to control volume but wasn’t a spoiler. Must let them know before I leave.

Loved the unique cosy boutique style of the hotel. Deceptively small on the front entrance but very spacious, modern, clean and bright inside. Quiet and relaxing. First time using a key code to enter front of a hotel and room, I liked that no worry about finding or loosing keys.

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Beautiful rooms! We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony. The hotel is located in the city center. You can follow the city life from the balcony. Very helpful and nice host. You feel very welcome here. We can definitely recommend this hotel. We loved it!

The decor is beautiful. We had a King room with balcony overlooking the small piazza where a delicious breakfast is served each morning. Parking was very convenient and cheap just around the corner.

This beautiful boutique hotel is just inside the walls of the old town. Emilio is fantastic. He gave us a warm welcome and recommended and booked restaurants for us. He was always a friendly face with good communication before and during our stay.

Only negative would have been to know that it was necessary to pre book the nearby private car park. It was fully booked when we turned up and struggled to find parking

The bath was very unsafe and difficult to get out of. The shower was over the bath and this made it hard. Maybe if not very fit ask for one of the other rooms

This boutique hotel has only 7 rooms. We stayed on the 1st floor with a balcony. Beautiful room , tastefully decorated, good size room. Very clean. The hotel manager Emilio was excellent- very helpful and friendly . Made our stay very enjoyable

The location was excellent, in the centre of town but it also felt very quiet. Good breakfast in the cafe just outside the apartment. The apartment was excellent, very clean and a easy check in process. Emilio was very friendly and helpful with booking transfers and providing reccomendations for restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay!
