We had such a fantastic time we loved everything about it.

Excellent location just off the main square, very attentive host Melania waited outside for us showed us around and made us feel so welcome. Beautiful guest house and because it only has 3 rooms and a main entrance you do get those more personal details. Melania was so helpful giving us recommendations on so many different attractions and restaurants thank-you and not forgetting Romeo.

The property was in the centre of Sorrento. Very stylish and clean . Rooms were a good size. Could not hear any noise from outside. Melania was so lovely and welcoming her clean staff.

Melania was our host and she was the most warm, gracious and helpful! She made everything so smooth from helping us reach the property, to planning our itinerary and making our bookings for day trips. Check in was super smooth because she’s extremely responsive and checkout was even smoother! The rooms are beautiful and they overlook the Sorrento town square. The location is to die for! Doesn’t get better than this … if you’re coming to Sorrento, there is definitely no better place to stay

The property was super clean. The owner was fantastic. You will love Melania. She couldn’t be more helpful. She will share her knowledge of area and help you with anything you need. Which includes transfers from Napoli to excursions to restaurants you name it she will help you with anything. Location is fantastic. If you walk out the door, you’re right in the square.

Super clean and spacious, perfect for three people. Very centrally located as well with easy access to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Staff was also super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Melania was very friendly and helpful, she even made sure to bring our luggage to our suite when they were delivered while we were out on our tour. The hotel is very cozy and comfy and couldn't ask for a better location!

I have a soft bed at home so found the bed a little hard, but this is a personal preference only, not a criticism in any way.

A beautiful spacious room in the centre of town and the most accommodating host. Melania helped us out with a very last minute booking and could not have been kinder nor more professional. The room itself was fantastic, first class decor and furnishings. We would definitely stay again.

Palazzo Spasiano is located within a few metres of the main square in Sorrento, Piazza Tassoa. It was perfect for being able to visit everything in the town and close to pick up points for our day trips. Despite being so centrally located, the apartments are extremely peaceful, we could not hear any noise from outside. Our junior suite was beautifully presented, spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The well stocked minibar was a lovely touch. Finally, allow us to share how wonderful the host, Melania, is. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and throughout our break Melania’s warmth and helpfulness were outstanding, the best host we have had on any of our travels for sure. This will not be our last visit to Sorrento, we will be back soon, and very definitely we will stay in Melania’s properties again. 5 star property and 5 star host. Thank you

Very clean and the room was beautiful. We stayed at a Grand Flora which was horrible compared to this for much lower cost. Host was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Definitely recommending this property to friends who plan on visiting. Also the Location is ideal

The only issues we had were with the safe and toilet which didn't work when we got there but Alex and Melania were able to rectify both in short order.

The location was excellent - very close to the train station and central square. Melania and Alex were gracious hosts ready to help us plan our activities whenever we needed it. I was really impressed with how quiet the room was considering the busy street below.

There really is nothing not to like. The rooms are quite small in comparison to a traditional hotel but then again this is not a hotel so don’t expect it be like one. This is a quirky boutique accommodation which has great character
