Location was slightly outside the core in Florence but still within walking distance

It was clean, bathroom was renovated, beds were comfortable. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating! They even had gluten and dairy free options for me for breakfast, and an espresso machine with milk frother! Such a treat :)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Florence! The hotel is surprisingly large, very clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable. A real highlight was the quiet atmosphere, especially at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved the small garden - it was a lovely, peaceful spot to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The location is very convenient. All the major attractions are within a comfortable 15-20 minute walk. From the train station, it was easy to reach by bus, with the bus stop less than 200 meters away. The simple breakfast provided in the morning (with bread, jam, milk, and coffee) was perfect to start our day. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, and we never had any concerns walking back to the hotel in the evening. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing. Everything was of the highest quality. The room was exceptionally clean and the hot tub bath was just amazing. The owners were so nice and so helpful and solved a vry important taxi problem for us. I couldn’t recommend this property more strongly as I said it is absolutely amazing and if I go back to Florence I would book it again.

Everything was perfect!!

We really liked the treatment we received from Mrs. Giovanna; she was very kind and explained everything to us. The room exceeded our expectations for the price. We were grateful for the snacks that Mrs. Giovanna left for us, which included bread, jam, cookies, coffee, milk, water, and cereal. It is perfect if you are traveling as a couple without small children. If you are young, the location will be perfect for visiting the tourist spots, and the park right in front is very peaceful.

Exceptionally beautiful and clean. The entire place smells soo good, so warm. I felt at home. It was close to everything I had to do. A few minutes walk to restaurants, the duomo and the famous oldest farmacia in the city . Just lovely !!! I have zero regrets!

Giovanna was an excellent host and treated us amazingly! She couldn't have done more to help us. She even provided bread, milk, yogurts and coffee for our breakfast, free of charge. The room was very modern and very clean, the shower had 4 modes and was fantastic.

The room was very nice and clean, although it seems the dust on top of the bed’s headboard may have been overlooked during cleaning for some time.

The room is located in a beautiful old palazzo. It was spacious and comfortable, and very close to the city center with all the main sights within walking distance. The area is great and feels safe, right across from a lovely green park. There are nice cafés nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The hosts provide a small kitchen bar with the possibility to make coffee, tea, and even toast. However, we preferred the nearby café.

Hard to find, it’s in a residential building. Parking is impossible at the hotel, but there is a lot around the corner. It was $26 a night. It is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town. Breakfast was nothing. Couple loaves of bread to pop in the toaster and some water and coffee. But the value is excellent for big middle of Florence. If you were looking for service or amenities, don’t stay here.

It was very comfortable, nice room. Clean. It is a B&B, not a hotel. Don’t expect any frills, or any service. Just a nice clean room, well done. Well designed. Comfortable beds. Really cute little backyard garden.

The room was great. Very quiet. Comfy bed. A safe area. A nice park across the street. Easy walk to all the major sites in the area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in so many ways. Highly recommend.
