The only thing we found tricky was there was no normal shower. It was a hand-held shower in a bath tub.

It was a lovely old fashioned spacious room. The beds were very comfortable. Our host offered a pick-up service from the airport which was very helpful. They also organised a taxi for us back to the airport at 4am.

Pauline was wonderful! Her husband cooked dinner for us the two nights we stayed and it was the best pasta we had in all of Italy! They were welcoming, communicated quickly and made our stay so comfortable. There is a wonderful bakery so close and they can arrange airport transit. There is free street parking in the quiet safe neighborhood. I highly recommend Pauline’s!

There is no shower but rather a bath with a handheld shower. The location is close to the airport but not necessarily easy to get to and from the airport if you don’t want to take a EUR35 taxi.

The hosts were very nice and very helpful with regards to getting to the property by bus, they also gave good recommendations on places to eat close by. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Nothing not to like.

A lovely comfortable room with ensuite close to the airport. We arranged for Massimo to collect us from the airport after travelling from Rome to Fumicino on the train and take us to the airport next morning for our flight home to Melbourne. This service is offered at 20 euro each way. As there was no restaurant open near our accommodation on Monday night, Maximo arranged a home cook meal for us and he cooked some amazing pasta with a mixed salad, soooo good 🙂. Paolina chatted to us after our dinner, what a lovely couple and a great way to end our 4.5 week holiday in Italy.I would thoroughly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere close to the airport.

This is not a negative on the accommodation just the area. There is not much around and the restaurants open at like 8pm that you can walk to so if you are in at a weird time or jet lagged you pretty much only have the super market as your food source. Breakfast options would be even less so maybe buy something from the shop the day before

We really enjoyed the warmth and helpfulness of the host and hostess, who live on site and serve a nice breakfast and dinner. They also provided the transportation to and from the airport which helped when dealing with being jet lagged.

The bathroom had a sloping ceiling meaning I couldn't stand upright in the shower - 1st world problems. Seriously - the shower was manageable and we had a wonderful stay. Everything else was great!

Paoline and Massimo are a wonderful couple. They welcomed us, showed us around, organised a Taxi for us (for an early pickup to the Airport 😫), and offer us dinner. Their english is perfect (because our italian is rubbish 😆).

The hosts were amazing. They went over and beyond my expectations. They even arranged pick up and drop off for the train and airport. They also sent me step by step instruction pictures on how where to meet them at the train station. Could not ask for any better.

Pauline & Massimo where wonderful hosts. Very helpful and extremely friendly to us. The building is nicely decorated and homey. The airport pickup and drop-off were very helpful. Would come again.

The only reason we did not give this room a 10 is because the shower was difficult for us to use comfortably. The shower is inside a bathtub and uses a handheld shower head. There is a slanted ceiling over the tub and the glass partition between the tub and room itself does not go all the way to the back wall so it was difficult to stand up straight and shower without spraying water on the floor. Otherwise the bathroom was large and fully equipped.

We stayed at Pauline's for the proximity to the Rome airport, so the location was great for us. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room we had was upstairs, and it was very large and clean. We also used the table and chairs on the deck to play cards and the yard was very lovely. The restaurant recommended by the hosts was a 2 minute walk away and was excellent--one of the best meals we had in Italy!! Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Paoline's Villa was decorated in a very artfully pleasing manner. We had the whole upstairs space, with a queen bed and two twins a TV and air conditioning. The furniture was solid quality. The bathroom was a delight! Paoline and Mossimo were friendly and engaging. Mossimo even made us dinner, for a price, and well worth it! He's a master in the kitchen! A meal that was definitely one of the best in Italy, no joke! The neighborhood was very nice, with a walled and gated yard. They had all kinds of interesting plants and it was perfectly manicured. Parking was easy, just outside the gate! They even offered to drive us to the airport.

Paoline and Massimo are really great people. We were welcomed with open arms. The room (suite) is huge, very nice and comfortable. Everything needed for the stay is there. Massimo recommended the restaurant next door. We want to echo this. We got a fantastic dinner (Tuna).
