No faucet to get water except in the bathrooms, lots of loud/fast traffic if you walk from Brignole station.

Loved the fact that they actually have real duvet covers, and not just some sheet folded over the duvet like most (or almost all other) places around here! Beautiful room, comfortable bed. A certain find at the perfect place in Genova, i would always pick it for the comfort and cleanliness, especially for a budget accomodation, even with shared bathrooms

- great location, right next to one of Genoa’s main train stations & only a 5-10 walk to the centre of the city. - really spacious room with a balcony - very comfy bed with ample pillows - host was very friendly

Andrea, the apartment manager, behaved strangely. She claimed there was a technical issue with the bathroom and tried to get me to cancel my prepaid Booking.com reservation. She said she would then accept the cancellation and offer me a bigger discount. I followed Booking.com’s instructions, and as a result, the apartment was able to host me — and all the bathrooms were functioning. Another issue was that the address listed on Booking.com was actually just an office, and they didn’t even provide the apartment number. I waited for Andrea there, but she sent me a new address — the apartment turned out to be located in a church. The place itself was spotless, but daily use is somewhat inconvenient, as most rooms only have skylight windows.

Where do I even start? From contact with the owner, not speaking English. Long process of check-in. Dinghy and shabby.. Our "privet bathroom" that was busy all the time. Broken curtains, wobbly bed...
