We asked if we could check in a little early but didn't hear back. We wandered and killed time to make our way to the check in at 3pm, so it wasn't a problem, although I expected a quick reply nonetheless.

Tranquil location yet easily walkable, reaching downtown in about 10 mins by foot. The room was spacious and seemingly newly renovated with nice decorative touches. It was nice to have coffee and tea provided. The bed was comfortable and it was dark and quiet at night which was conducive to a good night's sleep.

I liked everything about the apartment but be prepared, you are in a crowded neighborhood that is crowded.

Apartment was nicely appointed. It is a smaller room but has a large bathroom. Excellent value for what was charged.

Nice room with big bathroom, very clean, fridge in the room and outside coffee / tea amenities. Great was parking slot next to building (save place) and bici‘s could be stored in courtyard 👍 Great, quickly responding host. Easy and detailed check in process.

Everything surrounding the check-in is done remotely over WhatsApp. They send you a form to fill out with your passport info, and give you all the codes to enter via WhatsApp. Upon arrival I had to call to be buzzed into the building for the first time. It all went fine, but it can be an added stress.

A beautiful apartment stay in Parma with easy parking and within walking distance to the city center (less than 15 minutes). It would have been lovely to stay here more than the 1 night that we did. The apartment is large and has a lovely design. It's also in a quiet area.

There should be a lock in order to close the room from the inside in order to avoid bad experiences and make you feel safe, especially since there is no staff on-site.

Great location in walking distance to the centre, train station and parco ducale. The room is very modern, clean and stylish. Feels like a five stars hotel.

Although the check-in was extremely smooth (great instructions, everything worked as they said, it was all quick and easy), I found the self-check-in quite impersonal. You never meet anyone, they don't even come to take a photo of your ID (they send you a link to do it yourself), and they even ask you to leave the tourist tax on the counter before you leave. It kind of felt like I was doing their job for them. Response time on WhatsApp was fine, bit slow at times. All in all you really get the feeling that this place is a cash cow for people who have a regular full-time job. It is like they want to put the least effort possible into actually hosting their guests, which is fair enough, and the place is very well run, so no real complaint, just my personal feeling of it being impersonal. For 140 EUR a night without breakfast I would say that this place is a bit on the expensive side, especially considering the fact that again, you are doing part of the job for them - filling out check-in forms, taking care of the documents, having to find the exact amount for the tourist tax otherwise you're stuck making a bank transfer. Parking is 10 EUR a night, which is very reasonable for the area. Oh also, you share a very tiny entrance with another room, so the peacefulness of your stay really depends on how your neighbors behave and what time they get home or leave the house. I would definitely stay there again if back in Parma, I just think they could change a bit how they handle guests arrival, or offer a few snacks or whatnot, for the price they are asking for (Parma is not Rome, and you are outside of the city center).

This place is very nice, the design of the room, size, amenities are just great; you truly feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The TV is huge, has all the channels and apps, there is a mini fridge, a kettle, a nice armchair, bed is comfortable. I would definitely be back.

As beautiful as the name of this accommodation is is the place itself. In this case, the name design rooms is absolute a given. You come in and you just feel warm, welcome and absolute wow. Starting from the description, how to get there, what to expect, how to get in, all automated. We absolutely loved the quality of this room. It was spacious and most beautiful in the design, in the colors. The lighting was fantastic and the bathroom absolute super nice. Everything you touched in this place was quality and well thought out. The little fridge, filled with water, beer, juice , easy by trust system to pay. My husband loved the bed and the thick fluffy towels a lot but most of all the cold beer from the fridge. For a city trip, a couple nights stay, I would highly recommend this place. Not even 10 minutes walk to the center of Parma. In all directions you could discover something beautiful. The park is two minutes away, which gets you to another part of the city center, equally beautiful and also to our favorite panini bar, POLDO, which was walking distance. We would book this place again and again💙

Great (quiet) location near the Parco Ducale, and just a 5 min walk into the old town and the gate and museum at Complesso Monumentale della Pilotta (recommended!). The decor is fabulous and the room generously sized. The option to pay for secure parking was one of the reasons we stayed and was appreciated. Communication with the host re self check in was easy and instructions straightforward. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Room and bathroom are spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything inside was thoughtfully designed. Private parking next to building a huge plus. Owner was also helpful with giving us directions to avoid driving through restricted areas.

To open the door is a bit tricky with the code, and you have to give it a strong push, but not a real problem.

Very new and clean room with all the facilities needed. The fridge is a nice addition to the room. The coffee machine in the entrance hall is fine. good lightings and lovely design.

Our room located on the ground floor was just in front of a parking lot. The windows should have some curtains. There is an automatic light in the apartment just next to the bathroom. It is an issue as it turns on when someone goes to the bathroom and it wakes up the other person at night.

The room was spacious with a beautiful design . It has been newly renovated. It was quiet.

Stayed two nights in this recently renovated room with travelers' needs in mind. Received well documented instructions for contactless entry and submission of identification documents. Were met to ensure smooth entry into main door and room off courtyard. Large room with comfortable king size bed and four pillows, large bathroom with shower, space for luggage.Expresso coffee in small alcove at entry. Very good location and convenient to city center and attractions and restaurants. Roadwork prevented access to parking, but Kennedy Public parking a short walk away. Would definitely recommend for a stay.
