There wasn’t a thicker/warmer duvet

The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was good as our main goal was the beach and it was a 10 minute walk to the beach. And there is everything around, supermarkets, restaurants, bike lane, buses etc. The apartment was clean and aesthetically appealing.

It was a bit far from the city center so the taxi was not really cheap. But the property was really nice.

Everything was very clean and stylish. I am passionate about Design, so l loved the care for the details in making the lnteriors really in perfect style with original retro furniture and objects. I also loved the spacious and extremely clean bathroom.

Great apartment and great owner. It’s definitely recommended for two couples or for a big family, because if you rent two rooms, you’ll have your own guest room downstairs - that is very nice! If you rent only one room - you share it with other couple, but it’s also great.

They serve NO breakfast, send you to a small bakery 5 min. walk with some homemade coupons. These coupons will get you only one coffee and one croissant, for anything more you have to pay. Bed makes funny squeacky sound when you turn over. Several days bad smell in the bathroom. The last stairs to the rooms are completly open on one side and have no railing on the wallside, bit of a hazard. Capsules from the coffeemachine fit badly and are of inferieur quality. Cleaning of the room/changing of towels once every three days. Overal impression is that they want to exploit there villa at maximimum with the least of effort and cost.

Pictures reflect good the accomodation. Quiet surroundings. Modern and minimalistic interieur. Owner was so kind to let us use an umbralla for the beach.

Nothing, all was perfect :)

Everything was perfect,very cosy apartments and comfortable wardrobe and bedroom.Location of apartments was excellent,very close to beach .Carrefour market is as well close to apartments and amazing bakery Mercado del Pane was near .Especially warmest thanks to Domenico ,owner of apartments,he was always available and very supportive and nice person☺️If we come back to lovely Pescara,we will select again Parisina Design Rooms👌
