I liked the location. It made seeing key places so easy. I liked that it was a boutique hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed help with booking a taxi to the airport and they sorted this out for me. I loved the design of the hotel. It is a beautiful old building and many features have been kept but it has also been designed and restored in a modern way too. The breakfast was good and I loved not having to go out looking for a breakfast. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will use it again.

The location is very good, extensive shopping, bars, restaurants, metro and trams are all nearby. We particularly liked the very helpful staff who will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The retro feel of the hotel is something that attracted us to this hotel. The atmosphere is delightful, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. For us it was a reminder how nice it is to stay in a hotel and get that personal service that was missing at the various Air BNB's we stayed at in other cities in Italy. We will be returning to the Teco Hotel when we come back to Milan.

Room had quite dim lights. Makeup mirror with lights would help. Beds were very hard for me, but thats personal opinion.

The light in the room could be a little brighter. The aircondition could be a little bit easier to understand. Getting from the Parking-Garage to the Hotel and there up the stairs could be a little easier, too. The breakfast is ok, the coffee is italian :-) and without limit :-) :-) , but there could be a little more variety at the buffet.

Prologue: We are not the ones giving anything and anybody a 10-Point or 5-Star-Rating. 9 and 10 is reserved for not only matching our expectations but surprising us with s.th. unexoexted. In this case the follwing 2 points were 9 to 10 points. The bathroom!!! Not only beautyfull designed but really big with a almost perfekt shower! A slight issue with keeping the water inside the shower doesn t change rhe amazing experience! The Front-Officers were extraordenary helpfull and kind!!!

Great location on the Main Street of the old easy. Easy to navigate to once you get off the number 1 bus. There are some steep stairs from the street to get to reception. We had a large room with large bathroom. Had a very comfortable sleep and the streets are very quiet in the night. Breakfast was a good selection.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town of Bergamo. Perfectly located for exploring, strolling and eating/drinking in the Citta Alta. Short walk to the funicular to access the new town. Lovely staff. Our room had a view over the rooftops to the foothills of the Italian Alps.

Great location for exploring the old town and super staff friendly and helpful. Super clean rooms and facilities. Charming locations and romantic rooms. Also language rich Adriana speaking Norwegian, for support in a difficult situation with rental car. We will surely be back if the travel brings us to Bergamo again. Recommend a visit for anyone there. A 10 out of 10 grade for this. ❤️

We were on the second floor and the wifi signal was weak, to be expected in a historic building with thick walls.
