The entry is totally automatic and requires very fast cell data connection in order to unlock several levels of entries. They are App based, needs email links, app activation of lock system. 256kpbs slow connection would have trouble to get things done.

The location is perfect, very convenient to train station as well as walking to the historical district.

Walls are a bit thin, where you could hear the people talking from the other room. Got used to it and the next night was better. Also it depends on the people you’re sharing the apartment with.

Next to the center but still with some distance. It’s like a 10 mins walk zone the coliseum. It was a super quiet area. Communication with the host was great. Super clean!!!

Bed and pillow was not super comfortable. You could not control the air-conditioning. Check-in was a bit confusing as there was no staff but was handled over WhatsApp.

This accommodation although cheap for Verona is relatively expensive compared to other places but I guess these are Veronese prices in the summer. We also didn’t like that we couldn’t leave our luggage for free on the last day. Normally hotels and hostels allow you to do so.

We liked how easy it was to check in and out, the location was ideal for us too as we had to take the train several times and the train station was very close. The flat was well equipped and a good size too.

The only downside was that the air conditioner stopped working in the morning, and by 9 am the room was already getting quite hot. Hopefully just a one-time issue, as everything else was great.

We had a wonderful stay, the host was incredibly kind and supportive, communication was smooth from start to finish, all the instructions were clear. The location is fantastic - 10 minutes walk to the very city center, 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Very convenient both ways :) The apartment itself looks stylish, the common living area is lovely, decorated with cute little figurines, in the kitchen zone you can find an espresso machine and coffee cups. You can also find useful information about Verona and places to visit in the living area. Everything is clean. Our room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby. And we really appreciated the espresso capsules in the morning!

Comfortable bed , good size room , air con-great as it was very warm when we stayed. Small fridge in the room also a good for our chilled water. We loved where our accommodation was - a stroll into the centre or towards the river and the beautiful bridges. Some lovely places to eat or just have a drink right out side the accommodation or on the next road . Opera cushions in the accommodation which saved us from buying - a must visit to the opera - we had a beautiful evening The accommodation had 4 other rooms only met one other person on our stay - very friendly . Communal kitchen didn’t use but seemed to have everything if cooking in. Tea coffee were supplied - lovely coffee pods for morning cuppa. Our accommodation was cleaned every day Yes I would recommend this accommodation I have and I would return here again . Love Verona

Not being able to check-in during the afternoon (the HOTTEST part of the day) is a bit rough, especially because access is all managed remotely (with instructions and a code sent to your mobile) so it's not clear why.

The location is convenient if you want access to both the main train station and the historic heart of the city - being between the two. The street isn't particularly scenic but it's only a short walk into the charming parts of town. The communal kitchen/living room is a great 'extra'!

The owner is really helpful and answers quickly in case of any problem. The location is the best. The apartment looks quite new, clean and welcoming.

It was not clear to me of two check in times which might have meant my waiting outside before being able to check in, which is when I received access code to the lodgings.

Great location to tour the city. Cloister rooms which was a nice surprise, with well equipped front room, sofa, kitchenette, etc.

It was a bit noisy at night on the street but can't be helped with a central location.

Alberto was very communicative and friendly throughout. The check in process was easy and the room was spacious and clean. The shared facilities with coffee machine and wine were much appreciated and quiet. The location was 10 mins from the arena and the station. Would highly recommend and would visit again!
