One of the chairs needs replacing, but no issues at all.

Good location, lovely restaurants and easy to get around. The host was easy to contact and the facilities were great. We got a complementary bottle of wine which was a bonus.

Great apartment in the city center, very clean, nice terrace. David the host was very professional and gave us instructions for entering the building and apartment. Everything is very modern. Would visit again!

We struggled a bit with the heat..we had some recent warm weather and as the air-conditioning is centralised, was not turned on yet as it was it summer..slept with doors open to cool down.. Not a big drama but for someone with mobility issues to note is that one of the beds is very low to the ground, making it hard to get up.

Was a beautiful modern spacious apartment. Very comfortable for our extended family of 6. 3 good bathrooms. The sofa bed was comfortable. We appreciated our lovely welcome gift and toiletries.. David was very responsive and help us when we had a small issue with the bath. The apartment was close to lots of lovely restaurants and the best patisserie. Across the road to the tram stop that took us straight into the centre Duomo in a matter of 10 minutes or so.

The apartment has everything you need during your stay. We had a great time staying in David’s apartment. The beds are very comfortable and even the sofa bed was comfy. I really recommend this apartment.

I’m used to a firm bed. My bed was uncomfortable for myself but it’s only my personal preference. Nothing against the amenities inside the hotel. Could do with a bit of extra pillows, managed to make it work for my comfort.

Our arrival flight was early and got in the property before check-in time. There were staffs attending the cleaning and knew we were arriving. Housekeeping staffs (Carol and a male staff), let us in to leave our luggage’s whilst they continued to make the apt ready and handed to us the keys. Very nice and friendly staffs., attentive to our questions with ins-out of the city and destinations. Genuinely appreciate the little bit more of going above their duty to cater us.

The check-in data requested was a bit much (why does the host need to know our birth country and full addresses?) but it's quite easy to fill in. It would be nice to have 3 keys instead of 2 but we made it work.

Very convenient and modern, kitchen is fully functional, host was easily reachable for any communication. Location is amazing. Highly recommended for friend groups or several couples! 3 full bathrooms really pay off when travelling with the girls. Would like to be back!

David is an amazing host! He was wonderful to communicate with and was always so kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is great. You have plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation easily accessible to you. There is a tram stops literally right in front of the apartment and a metro 2 blocks away. The apartment itself is in a good neighborhood and is very clean and spacious. It is great for a group or family. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. We had water and a few other treats already when we arrived, which was very nice of David. We would definitely love to go back!

The shower was defect, it could be used but with difficulty.

Perfect and central location. Close to the tram line and short distance to Duomo. David the manager was exceptional and very friendly. Always replied on time to help take care of our needs.

Amazing place! Very spacious, bright, quiet, clean, modern at a great location. Comfortable beds, great shower. Check in and check out was a breeze. The building door opening feature via the phone is great! David was incredible, super accommodating to our needs. If/when I come back to Milan I hope I can stay here again! :)

David great. He explained to us everything we had to do to enter the apartment. And inside it was unique. Clean, bright, spacious. The Milan Cathedral is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Tram 9 stops right in front of it and from there you go to the Central Station /Lake Como/. David had also left us a gift, which we ate and drank with pleasure. If you want a nice stay in Milan this is your apartment. Thank you David.
