My Italian is not great, and they didn't speak English. On the website, if they just had explained the check-in procedure (get there, call the 2nd number on the door, they buzz you in, room keys are in the rooms) it would have been less stressful. But once we got that oit of the way, everyone was positively wonderful.

Perfect place just steps from the historic part of Ravenna. 100% clean. AC was great. Breakfast was lovely. Quiet neighborhood but short walks from so many things. Nice trattoria just steps away, and a wonderful and fun piazza just after that.

We spoke to the owner(?) by phone when we arrived and were buzzed in remotely, but the language barrier made it confusing to find our room and the keys. The person who checked us out and collected our payment spoke a little English. When you're dealing with tourists you need someone who can communicate in English -- otherwise have a lock box for self entry and written instructions. Also, you couldn't get Wi-Fi in the actual bedroom, only downstairs where the bathroom and lounge area is.

Conveniently located between the train station and the center of town, on a quiet street. Very clean all-around, charming garden area outside for eating breakfast, very kind staff, nice (cold) breakfast.

Check in could have a been easier with better instructions. Recommend you call when you’re on your way. Park in blue squares not on the street on the B&B!

The place was amazing. As my understanding, it is managed by a very lovely family. The room and bathroom was super clean (so far the cleanest I have ever seen in Italy). The room had all the amendments I needed. It was also very quiet so I didn't have any noise-wise problem. Although the property offered a breakfast service, I didn't have the time to experience it. So, I have no comment about breakfast.

Expected 2 beds. I was traveling with my friend and we thought we'd have 2 beds not one double bed. Also bed wasn't terribly comfortable. But it was good value. I'd recommend it.

Location and staff. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the AC and how clean it was.

There was a bit of a mistake happening the first night with the room booked, but that was resolved very nicely and gracefully the next day. I thought the first mattress was much better than the second and the shower was more pleasant because it was not with a curtain like in the second. The second room was a kind of duplex, but super spacious and fun to share with people who are not family. All in all very satisfied, would definitely book there again.

The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. It's very quite, near to the station and near to the city center. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The TV does not have options for the Arab visitors which just need to program the receiver to include few Arab channels.

Room looked very cosy and cute, located in downtown of Ravenna. Everything was clean and nicely maintaned. Owner was very helpful and breakfast was nice as well!

Because I did not have any confirmation directly from the hotel, I was nervous about our arrival. Sending messages through Booking.com did not appear to work. We had a late arrival and I was not able to find out if that would be okay. I ended up switching to a different hotel for our first night and called when we were in Italy. I would have liked an email contact option.

Daniele and Marena were welcoming and helpful. There is a lovely patio surrounded with plants in which we could enjoy an assortment of delicious breakfast items and relax any other time. The location was terrific, and we were easily able to walk to many restaurants, museums, and churches.
