The location is marvellous. Noah who we dealt with was so friendly and efficient both before and during our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows great quality. Lovely bathroom. I would highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is in the heart Trieste just above the great cafeteria where we had a great breakfast with 10% of since we were guests of 9 Stsnze. We could also leave the luggage after checking out. The staff is very nice and friendly. The room is fantastic, clean, very big and modern. The bed is also very good and we slept like babies.

There is no such thing. Maybe the lack of parking, but we received a voucher for a "city parking". I cannot think what could be done better here. Sorry.

Extremely surprised - the best value in Trieste. Location - unbeatable - directly in main square but quiet - close to all main locations. Room was amazing, spacious with view directly in the square. Very friendly staff. The only place I have visited that didn't charge additional fees left and right (not even for a small dog!). Best restaurants directly under entrance. The words cannot describe how surprised we were, and the price was more than fair!

When the housekeeper cleaned the room she didn't change the big towels. The parking is so crooked. But it's generally in Trieste. We parked the car far away from the hotel, the nearest all were full.

Although the rooms are quite soundproof, at night you can sometimes hear the music from the bars downstairs (especially the bass)

This is a boutique hotel with 9 rooms and a lift. It ticked every box Spacious and clean rooms. Contemporary decor, plenty of hanging space and drawers. Coffee making facilities in the room. Friendly reception staff and very accommodating cleaning lady. Location was perfect, close to many cafes and restaurants, shops and easy access to the train and bus stations. Very secure

Spacious, clean,comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus and train station and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Lots of sightseeing just a stroll away and shopping too.

The beds were quite small. OK, for us but might not be wide enough for some people. More coffee and some milk in the room would have been appreciated.

Clean, spacious, and with a separate bathroom (private). The shower was amazing. It had decent air-conditioning. Loved that water machines are on each floor, so you can fill your water bottle for the day or fill the glass bottles to use in the room. The ladies checking us in and out at reception were very friendly.

The location was very central. The greeting was very friendly. The shower was great, and the bed was comfy. Plenty of surfaces to put your things and liked that there was a bench seat, so you didn't always have to sit on the bed. Water machine on the corridor to fill your bottles. It was a fleeting 1 night visit, and we are going back in a couple of days!
