Nothing bothered me to mention here..may be bathroom space would have been little bigger for comfort but it is not that you cant use it.

I really liked the check inn experience, it was done in few mins and staff was exceptional . Also attention to details on cleanliness was topnotch .

I requested 2 single beds in advance and emailed a reminder a day before arrival, but the room was with double bed. When we checked in at 7 pm after long day on the feet in Florence we were told we have to wait at the reception until the bed will be made in to two singles. The walls are so thin as we were able to hear people talking in the room beside. No kettle in the room and when we asked for a cup of boiling water we were told to pay for it. The gym door is locked and we had to ask several times to let us in and wait beside doors as the room door card which was activated didn’t work to unlock gym door.

We arrived at the hotel at 12 midday. Dropped off our bags for storage and took a metro which was just around the corner. Went to enjoy Florence for the rest of the day and stayed for one night. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Florence Rifredi train station is just 10 minutes walking distance and it is handy if travelling from Pisa town. A lot of shops and restaurants around for a lunch or dinner.

The parking arrangements could have been explained more clearly in advance, which would have saved us some extra driving around. Also, providing information about the ZTL on the website would make things clearer. This is just a small point for improvement.

It’s a hotel just outside the city center, but the historic old town was easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good rest and enjoyed a nice breakfast.

The Restaurant didn't open until 7.30. No English TV

I was a patient at Careggi Hospital, so location was perfect. The tram line ran past the hotel, making acess to hospital and cbd easy The staff were amazing, very caring and helpful. Reception were so good to me. Thank you

No English TV No Tea and Coffee Faclities in room ( although whenever i asked for a cuppa at reception i was looked after)

I was here for a medical operation. the staff especially reception were amazing. Every one was very helpful and the leveel of English made life so much easier. The sheets were changed every day. The location to Hpspital and local shops met all your needs for Chemist to Restaurants and Supermarket. The tram line next to Hotel, easy acess to Hospital and city centre,

Air conditioning in our room wasn´t able to handle the heat, as outside was 39 degress celsius. Breakfast could have been better served, as sometimes the food didn´t seem too fresh. The hotel doesn´t seem to offer anything more appealing than a good place to sleep, which is not really good for the price it charges. But there is good potential to offer!

Easy transportation, close to trams and buses. Room is confortable, clean and quite new. Tight parking lot, but ok-ish. The parking entry seemed to be very far, but it´s acutlly conveniently located in the same building. The beds are confortable, and the hotel is quiet. Few restaurants close by can be quite good surprises!

Everything was great—except for the parking. The hotel offers free parking, which is excellent, but only when spaces are available. However, if you plan to take your car out, for example to visit Florence, you may find no available space upon your return. That’s exactly what happened to us. We kindly asked the reception beforehand, but they did not inform us about this possibility. To make matters worse, the night shift receptionist on duty on July 5th, 2025, wasn't polite and surprisingly rude, his attitude was unacceptable to us. We expected a more helpful and respectful approach from the staff, especially in a situation like this in the middle of the night in Italy where the cars with foreign plates are targets.
