The common area of the apartment building needs attention, and there are no lifts to access the apartment. Unless mobility considerations are a priority, do not let these discourage you, as the apartment is clean, bright and airy.

The room was in a little apartment building next door to the reception. It was clean and comfortable. The room had yard access, and the yard door had a mosquito net fitted. A mosquito repellent machine and an electric mosquito paddle were also provided in the room...a definite plus and very considerate :-) Breakfast was varied, and they catered for gluten intolerance. A tram station was a few minutes walk away, and the tram/bus/train network was very easily navigated using Google maps.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Daria and Angelo at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She made us feel at home right away and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We stayed in the apartment-type room, which was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The jacuzzi was a real treat after long days out, and we loved the large flat-screen TV with Netflix and the super-fast Wi-Fi – perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The air conditioning was also excellent – very quiet and efficient, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, especially the delicious cappuccino, which quickly became a favorite. The location is excellent – in a calm and peaceful area, but still very close to public transport (tram, etc.) and a supermarket just a short walk away. Everything was convenient, and yet we felt far from the noise of the city. This stay truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We were grateful for the air conditioning! It worked but just took a few minutes for it to cool the room.

Everything! The place is pretty, comfortable and spacious within a reasonable walking distance from the old centre. Receptionist was very nice. We even had a little garden outside!
