These expectations may not be reasonable for a small boutique hotel, but I wish there were longer hours for the reception desk. While the directions they provided were perfect for accessing the room, and they were available at all hours via WhatsApp, it would have been nice to have someone available, as we arrived after 7.

We were thrilled at how accommodating the staff was during our stay at this hotel. It was right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were reasonably sized and comfortable.

Highly recommend Renascentia! The rooms are modern, extremely clean, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping and reception went above and beyond our expectations, and breakfast was fantastic with a perfect mix of Italian and international options. We received great recommendations for local food. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We stayed in the Ora Blue room, which was lovely and comfortable, though it does carry a distinct truffle aroma from the sandwich shop below the B&B, charmingly “Florentine,” but something to note for those sensitive to scents.

Due to the location not much daylight gets into the room.

The staff at Renascentia went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast is fresh and delicious 😋. The hotel is in the middle of the old city of Florence and all the main attractions are within walking distance.

The property is the the perfect location to easily get everywhere around Florence. The hotel itself was so lovely and clean. Breakfast was delightful. Best of all, the staff were absolutely amazing! Thank you Camilla and team for a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend!

The location is excellent, very close to all the scenic spots. This is crucial in Florence because you can return to the hotel to rest at any time during your sightseeing. The service of the hotel is also very good. When we first arrived, the front desk staff gave us a detailed introduction to the routes from each scenic spot to the hotel! The hotel is clean, tidy, the rooms are spacious, and the sound insulation is good, making it very comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is excellent! What's most touching is that we had to get up early to catch the train, and they said they could prepare a breakfast box for us. But what we actually received was a very sumptuous breakfast, including fruits, delicious bread, packed sandwiches that are easy to carry, juice, and so on. This hotel is really great! It greatly enhanced the happiness of my trip in Florence. I will definitely come back next time!

We loved this property! From the initial greeting until early morning can ride arranged for us, the staff here shined! Immaculate and lovely room, exceptional breakfast (they went out of their way to fix us breakfast to take away two mornings), and staff that could not have been more attentive to our needs. Renascentia is right in the middle of things - easy walking distance and nice area. Our room was Cielo and was exactly as described. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation! Excellent stay!

Beautifully decorated, posh bathrooms, very clean, good layout and excellent location. Friendly staff made check in easy. Really liked each bedroom had own bath - one across hall from one major bedroom and the other en suite with cool tub/shower set up like a wet room style. Lovely white marble and big kitchen table and couches to relax on with tv. Easy walk to bridges.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We had a small issue with the shower not draining but it was taken care of immediately. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Great location. Would definitely stay again when in Florence.

It is centrally located and can reach most of the main attractions on foot within 15min. Special thanks to Lucas who offered needed help in calling the local tour operator regarding my trip and successfully got a refund in the end.

Nothing much really! Everything was good. I would suggest, however, to probably try restaurants outside of what they suggest. They weren't bad, per se, but they weren't also fantastic in our opinion. Since you're in a touristy part of Florence anyway, you can more or less rely on Google reviews.

Location was really wonderful. Well within the central touristy parts of Florence, so we never had to rush for our entry to Uffizi, for example. Even if the hotel was central, once you got to the inside it was a very quiet place (apart from the occasional loud guest coming back from a night out). The breakfast was wonderful. We also had to leave very early on our last day so the staff kindly prepared a breakfast set the night before for us. The room was nice. While there was no view per se, the amenities were fantastic and the bedding was comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic! Also always super clean! The staff was also very kind and accommodating.

What a fabulous find this boutique B&B was! Location was close to popular sites in Florence. We were warmly welcomed by staff and the room was very nice, clean and stocked with everything we’d need for our stay. Breakfast was excellent with several options to choose from.
