The upstairs loft bed was a bit difficult to get to / use.

The breakfast on the terrace was fresh and nicely presented with a wonderful backdrop of the town of Tropea.

The second floor is a loft with very low ceiling hight. An adult must crawl to bed you cant stand up We were 3 adults over 50 so that was not what we expected very unconfortable We ended up asking for zhe matress upstairs to be brought down. It could be nice for families with kids they would fit there and love it Theres no big closet for 3 adults so we kept ours in the suitcases

Its located about 200 meters to the beach. No need to use your car! Parking is a nightmare during August The unit was cute, beds and pillows super conftortable and soft, keept clean every day Breakfast was served on a terrace outside and Ana was just wonderful! Gave us directions for whatever we needed

The location to the beach was perfect along with a short walk into town. Quiet, clean, and well fitted to our needs. The host was lovely with a perfect little terrace breakfast making for the perfect stay.

The only small downside was that the upstairs room was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn’t take away from the wonderful time I had. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the property! The housekeeper was incredible, always attentive and ensuring everything was spotless. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it even more enjoyable.

Would have been great when it was newly renovated, but Everything seems neglected, mould in shower, Air-conditioning dirty and smelly, dusty floors.

Parking in front, 10 minutes walk to the beach, the lady who greeted us was nice and helpful.

The location was a bit difficult to find and arrive at from the train station by foot. But once arrived we were given directions and a quick explanation of our surroundings as we took our keys and it was easy to navigate.

Friendly staff. Cozy room in a nice and quiet area, very close to the sea and the city center.

The room is small. It was tight for two people.

Room was very small compared to photos on internet, Also our room ran off their reception / kitchen area, it was not welcoming. Navigation could not find property, although only 300 metres away as no number in address. Ask at local shops for directions, they helped us find it.

On site parking, close proximity to Tropea old town, and hosts very friendly and helpful. Clean room.

A little hard to find. Apartments are tucked away down a small road off a bigger road next to marina, which my satNav couldn't find. Go to the end of the road with Marina on your right and turn left via Saba, then right down a tiny lane.

It was a bit hard to find at first as getting dark, but location is good, quiet and 5 or 10 mins stroll up into the town where there are loads of restaurants etc. reasonably priced. Cosy clean apartment and quiet, friendly host serves a better than expected Italian breakfast, very good value.

Rooms a little small - and beds a little noisy. Missed a safe for passports, though the neighborhood seemed itself seems safe.

Good breakfast served on the balcony. B&B very well placed for both access to the beach and to the town. Very nice personel.

The loft has a short ceiling to get upstairs for the 2 single beds but it is still great to have. for taller children or adults, it might be a bit difficult. Still great to have.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and parking is on site. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Easy walk up the street and stairs to main city center and easy walk to the Marina and beach.

The attic upstairs was awkward. The ceiling is low and I hit my head several times. Also it's warm up there, even with air conditioning.

Attic not suitable for habitation: you literally had to crawl to get to the bed (suitable for small children only). Ground floor had crumbling furniture and makeshift crumbling shower. Only the sink looks good... Outrageous price for the 1*- conditions. Even in rural India I had better.conditiins at 10x less money

dusty floor, wasnt pleasent when getting into bed with dust from under your feet, also the room smelt like old mothballs, like the rooms are always closed and never air vented.

A bit of mold in the shower stall, but to be expected with the humidity.

The location was a 5 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from town center. Anna was just the most amazing host! She was so helpful and welcoming and really made you feel at home. If we ever come back to Tropea, we will definitely book this place again!!

The only problem is that breakfast was being cooked and prepared right outside our room and we were waken at 7 every morning. Maybe this could be done somewhere else. I still give a 10 gecsuse we loved it otherwise.

We liked everything. The location was perfect for the beach and just a few minutes walk uphill to the town. Breakfast was great in the lovely terrace. The bed was the most comfortable bed of our 6 weeks trip. Ana was the loveliest lady who couldn't do enough for us. She organised a taxi for us to return from a wine tasting.
