The bed is very hard 🙁 We needed a lift at our age and it was the 4/5 th floor ! Although the kitchen was a very good size with a dishwasher , table and 4 chairs , there was only one teaspoon ! no other cutlery or plates which seemed strange . No coffee cups just small expresso cups and so we couldn’t even eat breakfast there . Maybe somebody stole it all and it’s not been noticed or replaced ?

The location was brilliant and checking in went well . Super helpful contact who pre advised all details which I then lost , then again was so helpful when I was panicking before arrival . On our departure again was super helpful trying to book a taxi for us as we found the taxis hard to get and could not walk to the station . Many thanks Again 👏🏼 We requested 6 extra pillows for our bad backs and they were there in the wardrobe for our arrival 👏🏼 The apartment was super clean and decorated in a very nice way . Very Large . Plenty of storage in the wardrobes and a good size private bathroom .

Very central though in a small quiet alley, modern, clean, spacious room. The highlight was the bed, big and very confortable. There is the possibility to store the luggage in a room for some hours. Very friendly communication and uncomplicated self check in. Good value for money for sure. Yes there s no elevator but the stairs are not too many

Could help a little maintenance - though the small issues did not affect the enjoyment of the stay. 1. One of the two mosquito nets is stuck, so you cannot open one of the two windows . 2. AC works but seems stuck on one speed (low), so you need just a bit of extra patience to get the room cool.

Great location, modern spacious room. Completely renovated in historic building, super clean. Definitely a jewel. Gracious host.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was contactless and easy. Everything you need is in the appartement and the location is perfect to explore the city by foot

The location is great and the private roof terrace is a handy addition. The apartment had all that we needed for a two night stay. It's worth noting that here are a few stairs to climb, but they weren't a problem and that's the price you pay to have a roof terrace!

The stairwell is pretty narrow and steep, would make difficult to move large suitcases. Having electric kettle would be great.

We stayed in the spacious 1st floor bedroom with ensuite which overlooks Curso Umberto I. So we had only one flight of stairs from the street. The new contemporary design, bathroom fittings and electric outlets made us feel at home. Great location. Perfectly clean and new large bath towels.

An absolutely exceptional location, close to all the important sights. Good restauations and shops just up the high street around the corner. Parking house outside ZTL zone 3 minutes walk from accommodation.

The location of the apartment was great in the city center. However, the apartment was quiet, and the street noise was muffled thanks to the tight windows. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, as was check-in and check-out. The bathroom was clean and there was enough hot water. A functional apartment for a short stay.

We chose an apartment without kitchen, it would be nice to have a kettle in the apartment.

Double check room details. Some photos include kitchenette/ table space which we were hoping/ thinking we might have but was not the case for our specific room.

The location of this space was perfect for exploring Mantova being steps away from the main basilica! The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and we were able to store our bags easily prior to our departure train with the help of the responsive hosts. Overall highly recommend.

COULDN’T be better located! The apartment was very clean, it had all the needed amenities and to our surprise it looked better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable bed and responsive host!

Lovely studio in the very heart of Mantova, cosy and well equipped with what you need for dining in. The kitchen has all the crockery for preparing meals, well functioning heating and internet. Perfect for remote working as well. Great place to stay to discover the city at low pace, wandering the centre, discover the historical and artistic beauties of the city as well experience the daily life and habits of its residents. We'll definitely be back!
