All was good except inside of kettle was dirty

Unique, clean and enchanting.

Everything! Super homey, antique style, super specious and 50 steps from the Train terminal exit! They replenish all toiletries, coffee, snacks, towels, daily! Highly recommended!

The location was very good. It was centrally located and a walking distance to main attractions. Easy to find and check in. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was plenty of room to move around.

Not sure if the staff was trying to cover up a smell or simply make the space feel more pleasant, but we were greeted by a very strong scent when we walked in. It took a while to air out and was a bit uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to use less fragrance, as some guests might be sensitive to strong scents.

Great central location five minutes walk from the train station and the cathedral. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Wonderful old building with beautiful features. Our room had a mezzanine with sofa bed upstairs for the children. Very clean and lovely bathroom with new shower. Host very helpful.

On the listing it says there is breakfast available. This wasn't clear and we were told we could add it for 10eu per person by the host on arrival. We decided to just go out and find a cafe nearby which worked out cheaper.

Location was superb As was communication

Room was large with upstairs loft. Fridge, coffee maker & microwave. Our teen loved having her own area upstairs. Getting into the property was explained well. Great location.

Extremely dated. Furniture filthy with stains all over. I asked about luggage storage and was told it was provided. Then I was told to leave my luggage in the common hallway--not secure. Bathroom was tiny. Large step up to use the toilet.

Convenient location (although address initially took us to wrong location).

The decor is as you see in photos - what was odd was all the laminated signs telling you what you couldn’t do, like a passive aggressive roommate at university. Only plastic and paper cups provided, coffee machine really needed a clean and descale (so we didn’t use). Restaurant opposite plays music early in the morning until late.

Perfect flat for Florence staying. Very atmospheric with a big amount of themed interior items. Very clean, spaciously and comfortable. 10/10.

Close to city and train station.

Dated, dark on entry, bad layout, upstairs that was not safe to use. Bed had a table cloth type material over sheets but no duvet or comforter. Smelt a little strange.
