Good location that made everything to see in Florence within walking distance.

for me its not a place to stay too many days because the neighbours can be loud. And the window is pointed to the back of the building so it doesnt have much ventilation in the room. But in general, its super worthy for a couple. They have everything you will need. No windows in the bathroom and like many places in italy. It doesnt work like a proper hotel. Its more like and airbnb with everything digital. But everything worked perfect for me. they sent me the code for the doors, very techy. Its better for conected people, If you dont have access to internet, it can be difficult.

the LOCATION is AMAZING. Really easy to walk around. I liked the breakfast, so cute how they delivery at your door, everything was clean and it was a good stay for the ending of our trip in florence. The bed is super confortable. Hot nice shower. And they were super nice! i had to check out but they let me leave my luggage there during the day so I could enjoy my day before leaving for the station that is super close BTW.

The room is very old. The cushions are awful. Had a headache all the next day. The air conditioning was just something, it seemed like it was going to fly away. If you have a sensitive sleep, you will not sleep, as the sounds from the street nothing muffles.

The only thing I liked was the location. It was a 15 min walk to the main attractions. To the railway station 8 min.

Room is clean and spacious. Had less expectation about breakfast but it turned to be good - served in the room, coffee small but good, warm croissant.

While the room was clean and well kept, it was quite dark, only having one small window but nothing major!

It was a very close, short 10 minute walk from everything you needed but still just far enough away to find lovely local and reasonably priced restaurants to dine in. Perfect distance between the train station and town, if you’re travelling that way.

Unfortunately there were some things which are really hard to like. First is complete absence of soundproofing. Maybe if the apartment has something like a carpet in the corridor it would reduce the noise of late night neighbors walking in and out. Sounds from upper floor was also kind of scary. Second thing is view from the window: I cannot say it was a courtyard, it looked more like a hole with lots of garbage and enormous quantity of mosquitoes. I was absolutely impossible to open the window. Third thing is very unstable wi fi. So apartment is only good for wash and sleep if you are lucky and nobody’s walking or talking loud in the corridor.

The location is really really good: once you stop out you are in the middle of all the city attractions : restaurants, museums and shops are within 3-5-10 minutes of pleasant walk. Even though the room was quiet small and bed was old it was comfortable , pillows were good and I had enough towels.

Mosquito's, but we could have kept the windows closed.

Great room, spacious and clean. Location was a bit noisy but after exploring the city all day, sleeping wasn't an issue. Ear plugs are provided if you want to keep the windows open! Bathroom was clean and large, bed was memory foam and very comfortable. Mosquito's were a bit annoying but hazard of leaving the window open. Beautiful city and this place is situated perfectly for walking to all attractions of Florence. Would stay here again!!

A good room with a view of a small street and a large double bed. Self-service check-in allows you to check in easily. The nice location gives you the opportunity to discover many small cafés and local restaurants.

The dust and dirt under the bed had not been cleaned for at least six months. The bed creaks Windows facing the road do not provide any protection from noise. You can't use the kitchen

I did have difficulty finding the place and took a while getting someone to let me in (probably my fault). Be sure to read messages from staff thoroughly. The bathroom was small with no vanity space. The shower was very small. I kept bumping into the walls.

The location was fabulous! It was an easy walk from the train station. But I did find it difficult to find initially. Plenty of eating places, and a market on the block. The room was clean and neat and plenty big. Easy walk to major attractions.

The entering for the first time to the property was confusing as on the Google maps when I put the number it showed me different number on the road. The staff was available only for short amount of time. There was not the best designed access for refreshments as I needed to put kettle on the floor to boil the water.

I like the size of apparatment and decorations. Staff was very nice and helpful to explain to visit any attractions in Florence. Bathroom and shower were really good.

The room was small and there was no place for a desk. I had to use one of the night tables as an improvised desk.

The location was great with a convenience store across the street and many restaurants in the neighborhood. It's within a walking distance of the train station.

The property is walking distance to all of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops! Check in was easy, and the instructions were clear. We had an issue with our first room at this property, but we notified the host and they took care of the problem quickly which we greatly appreciated! We enjoyed our stay at this property!

The shower was broken, even damaging the wall of the bathroom. I immediately informed the host and she promised to repair it in due course. In the end, there was no replacement/reparation and the property requested the full payment, making fun on the fact that the water was still there to take a shower! Really bad.

There was no secure safety box in the room, as it was not bolted down. Additionally, the kettle was a single-unit design that required unplugging in order to pour, which posed a safety risk. Unfortunately, my wife was unaware of this and accidentally burned herself. While we understand this may not be the property's direct fault, we would strongly suggest investing in a safer kettle and a properly installed safety deposit box to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Excellent location with friendly service The hotel is in a great location, with spacious, air-conditioned rooms. The staff were very friendly at check-in and even offered us a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower worked well. Just a note—don’t expect a view, as the room overlooks a rather unappealing internal courtyard.

There was visible black mold between the bathroom tiles and inside the air conditioning unit, several dead flies in the bathroom, and a constant, unpleasant smell throughout the room. The air conditioning barely functioned, making it uncomfortably warm. On top of that, the entrance door slammed loudly every time someone entered, adding to the disruption. We were unable to sleep and decided to check out early and find alternative accommodation.

The staff seemed friendly upon arrival and the location is central, but after we left due to unacceptable conditions in the room, there was no understanding or willingness to reflect on the situation of discuss an appropriate compensation. For such a high price, we expected basic cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, the setup felt more like a hallway of student rooms than a proper hotel: airbnb.
