We loved our room. Very comfortable bed, clean private bathroom and we loved having a little private kitchen. Close to the main sights in Florence.

Maybe the shower, since it was a bit cold and bathroom is very big, it is a bathtub shower with almost no glass door or curtain so it can be a little nippy. No room cleaning.

Location, same street from Galleria Academia and two blocks from duomo. Staff was great. Nice bed, nice decor, sheets and pillows were great. Small kitchen with coffee and toddies, they leave you a couple bottle of water and a set of keys. A/C

The Duomo suites were located in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The Duomo and galleries were all really close and it was about a 15 minute walk to the station. We were met at our agreed time and communication was good. A really nice compact apartment. It really suited our stay

The location was amazing, we could hear the chimes from the cathedral each morning. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Fabrizio is a brilliant and helpful host.

Very nice stay in Florence, very close to the Duomo. Great base for visiting the city on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Kind host.

The host was really helpful and nice. He left complimentary water and juice in the fridge for us. The place was clean and nice. Close to everything we needed to get to. Not sure if there was an elevator, we didn’t have to use it. The area was quiet. The aircondition works well.

I did think that a suite was multiple rooms, but in this case it was a bedroom with small kitchenette and bathroom. There was a queen bed and a single bed, so everything worked out.

Incredible location! Can see the Duomo as you step out the front door. We walked there from the train station, but should have used the Metro. Did not need a car at all. The room was gorgeous and well appointed.

Loved the location - close to the train station and the Duomo. The place was huge and the AC is essential if you go during the warm months. Our host, Fabrizio, made us feel so special on our honeymoon and helped us reserve a restaurant by calling them and doing other nice touches! Can’t recommend our stay enough.

The apartment is in a perfect location to walk around all Florence. It is very clean, providing everything you can ask. It is located to the inner side of the building, so it is very quiet despite being in such a central location. Finally, Fabrizio the owner is more than happy to assist in any request we have.

This was a superb place to stay. Location was incredible. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the coffee and Moka pot. A cool haven. Fabrizio had recommendations on request. We enjoyed walking everywhere, the Boboli gardens were beautiful and both the cathedral and the Medici chapel were excellent to visit. This is a well organised and kitted out apartment. Perfect.

Everything was close by. Fabrizio is a warm and friendly host who was happy to oblige if we needed any help. The unit had a handy kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, stove and fridge with coffee and paper towels supplied. Everything felt Generous and organised.

Fantastic Location and the host was great to meet us there and show us around. the facilities for cooking and a fridge is great. they had a hard dryer and adapters whoch is also helpful. the bed is really comfy the vanity mirror in the bathroom helped.

My family recently just came back from an amazing stay at this place, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Very convenient and walking distance to everything. You can even see the duomo from outside the hotel. A lot of restaurants around the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is also good size. The bed was comfortable and there was also a bonus bed. Fabrizio was very helpful and attentive right from the beginning.

The room was quite small when the bed was installed. What I did not like in general about Florence is that there are just way too many tourists everywhere in the center.

Location , there is also a cafe+restaurant called Fedora (depending on a cooking school just next door at #21, one street east on Via dei Servi are several good restaurants such as Rosscrudo (#85) or Risotteria Melotti that serve excellent food. The apartment had a small kitchen and all the facilities were in a very good shape. The central market is also very close but very crowded. The walk from the main train station takes just 15 min.

Excellent location for exploring Florence. The host was very welcoming and helpful, maintained good contact pre and post check in which is reassuring. The suite itself has all the facilities you could need and was clean and comfortable with air conditioning too. This place is a short walk from main points of interest, restaurants, bars and cafes, is great for exploring the city.
