A hidden gem in the heart of Florence. The location is absolutely unbeatable….steps away from Iconic landmarks, restaurants, and boutique shops. It made exploring the city effortless and magical.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They set up parking for us, met us to help transport our luggage and gave us a brief explanation of the amenities once we were shown to our rooms. The lady that prepared breakfast was very kind and made everything to order and it was delicious! And the location could not be better for us. Very nice furnishings and immaculately clean. We would definitely stay here again! Even the parking garage attendant rode a bicycle for us to follow to get us out of the ZTL area, which was unexpected but much appreciated. I would find it very hard for someone to be disappointed after staying here.

The location in the Center of town was a bit noisy. The traffic, crowd noise and music from the plaza could be heard until 2 a.m., and a fight broke out on the street below one night that woke us and several other people in the neighboring properties.

Great location in the center of Florence. Hotel was nice and the staff was very pleasant. We had early morning excursions so we were unable to enjoy the breakfast that was paid for before heading out for the day. On our third day, the woman serving breakfast brought coffee, croissants, and an assortment of meats to our room before we left.

It was difficult to find the hotel. It would have helped if we knew it faced the Repubbica square

Our room faced the busy public square but we could close the window and the room was quiet and relaxing.

The bathroom and bedroom were small we stayed in a twin room.

Location is excellent and staff really helpful. The rooms are soundproof which is a huge win for being in such a central location.

The location is wonderful, I expected it to be even noisier since it's so central, but if you kept the window closed, there were practically no more distractions. The staff is really attentive and extremely guest oriented. Thank you for a great stay!

Water pressure in shower was low.

Host was very responsive in communicating and made check in very easy. The B & B was walking distance to major attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast spread could have been better. The building was under construction so was very dusty. However, the stay was still overall comfortable and nice.

I thought the location was fabulous. Right down in the square. The restaurants right outside the hotel were wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom was extremely spacious and clean. Bathroom products were wonderful as well.
