Great apartment for our stay in Palermo. Host was very friendly and helpful and made storing our luggage after we had checked out possible.

None of these were deal breakers. We’d happily stay here again! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. The bed was squeaky and there’s a water pump behind the bathroom that runs whenever water is used in the flat, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

📍Great location! Just a short walk to the city centre, with a shopping street and a large supermarket conveniently down the road. The area feels safe and pleasant to walk around. 👤 The host was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. 🔑 Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the key lockbox located right outside the main door. 🛏️ The room was clean and comfortable, with soundproof windows that kept out any street noise. The bed was cosy, the AC worked perfectly, and there were plenty of thoughtful touches - shampoo, a compact hair dryer, a kettle, beach umbrellas, a small laundry rack on the balcony, and lots of extra towels. 🍽️ There’s also a well-equipped shared kitchen (shared between three rooms), which was very convenient. ❗Good to know: the rooms are on the second floor and only accessible by stairs.

Only thing what would be great to have is some private small table and chair in the room in case of need of working. But there are shared tables in the kitchen so its doable.

We stayed three nights and it was a really comfortable stay in Palermo:) The location is great with restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to all the Palermo historic sights. Roberto is great host, responsive and helpful with tips where to eat and so on. Also I have enjoyed the small espresso maker in the shared kitchen and sipping that coffee on the small typical Italian balcony:)

Excellent host, helped with extra towels and recommendations for good restaurants. Comfortable small room, enough for what was needed. Nice kitchen with coffee and moka pot.

Room was little bit to small, but it's fine for the short stay In our apartment we could hear some kind of pump from outside it was working few times per night, so sometimes it was waking me up Some small shelf in the shower would be really useful

Very friendly host, we got a lot of recommendations from him and he made our stay really special. Room and bathroom were clean There was the kettle in the room and variety of teas Location of the apartment is really good - the street is not so crowded, but it's near to the city center (around 20 mins walk), nice cafes and bars nearby Overall, very very good experience

Clean , neat , perfect size room and bathroom . Apartment has a good location. Roberto is an excellent host , makes sure you have everything you need and provides recommendations for the area.

Great location, walking distance in the city center to all attractions, nearby great restaurants and cafes. Nice cosy place with very kind host who was very attentive and helpful. We would reccomend to anyone. With dogs and with kids.

For us the shower was quite small and stairs lot to take after long days on foot, but for younger and slimmer I guess no problem. And in the end it wasn’t too big issue for us either.

Very nice and helpful host, nice and clean room and the balcony was nice to have too. Good location and neighborhood.

2nd floor by stairs, but it is no problem for a person of normal physique. So it was good for us.

Our host is very lovely and caring, we received tips about turist attractions every day. He helps with car rental, airport taxi, quality restaurants, cafe shops, and anything.

The B&B: Located strategically within the Politeama-Libertà area, this B&B is just a 10 min walk from Teatro Politeama. The room was very clean and cosy with a comfortable bed. Guests also have access to a clean shared kitchen equipped with a coffee machine. Additionally, there are numerous dining options nearby. The Host: Roberto is an exceptional host who genuinely cares for his guests. He also provided me with shuttles from the train station and to the airport when I was leaving. He provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, events, and attractions.
