The only thing that a little downer was that, the keypad wasn't useful for keyless entry. With us having smaller children, we wanted to be able to go in between each room without having to take the key with us. Not the worse thing but just a little inconvenient.

Loved how updated it was. It was very inviting. It was relatively clean, did find an item that was not ours. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay! Close to the mall/galleria and the pizzeria below was delicious and very nice.

The room is advertised as an apartment having 1 living room and 1 separated bedroom, which was not the case, is just a normal room with an extra bed, similar to an hotel room rather than an apartment, for us was not a big issue, since we were only there one night

Modern room just 15 minutes walking from the city center, we were able to leave our bags in the restaurant downstairs before check-in. Good for a one night stay

No parking and lacking toothpaste. The couple next door was very loud but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is very nicely situated, 15-20mn from the city centre and almost always straight on, so really easy. There is a big shopping mall just in front so you can park the car for 12€ a day since you can't park for free at the hotel. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy! You can heat up the room fast and the shower is nice. We could watch netflix for free! Super independent entry! Really good Pizza at Tonino not far away.

Can be a bit noisy in the hallway at night time but minor complaint as this can’t be helped by property management/owner.

Lovely big, clean and comfortable room in a building at the end of the main street in Parma. 10 minutes walk to the main square. 10 minutes bus from the station, so good location. Communication is all in Italian,. It is self check in with a very secure system of pass codes and card, but you'll need to translate the message about it unless you are fluent. We needed to leave our bags early. They were incredibly helpful and met us at the hotel to arrange it. As I said, easy walk into town, but pizza type eating options local to the hotel if needed. Good cafe for breakfast across the roundabout.

I asked about little bit late check out but the answer was big no, check out at 10:00'am is very early and i had a bit problem with the luggage , i asked if i could leave it somewhere and they told me that down in the restaurant but it was closed and there were no one to leave it 🤷 Anyway the apartment is nice if it had the washing machine or laundry service

Extremely clean and comfortable room - and very good value. A little way down the main street in Parma. Surprisingly quiet spot. We walked everywhere, arriving from the station, and this was all very easy. Many excellent restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. Very quick and helpful response when I failed to read the instructions properly!

Parking was not obvious to find. We ended up parking in the shopping complex lot across the street and walking with our luggage.

It was self service check-in. The location was convenient to access the city by foot. Some shops, restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
