住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。

having a possibility to use the refrigerator/kettle/coffee machine would be nice
great room and the host they even accommodated our request to have a salty breakfast instead of a sweet one close to the city center, port (ferry to Messina, Sicily), train station Lido (advise you to take a trip to Scilla or Tropea if you have plenty of time)

Other guests were very noisy until the early hours of the morning. Weren’t able to sleep. Difficult to find this place. Brand new car with new GPS but would not accept this address.

The location is in a sketchy neighborhood.
Very clean and new. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast was also good. Having the free parking space was an added bonus to this place.

Everything was great.
We reserved the room late in the evening and our host came immediately to check us in. He was very cordial and spoke great English. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Italian breakfast had far more fresh croissants and pastries than we could eat. We look forward to staying there again.

It is the cleanest accommodation I have ever been. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped with everything. People usually spend one or two nights there. We spent 12 nights there and we were very satisfied.

Outstanding and wonderful place. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was left in the common room even for late wake up (after 10 a.m.) that was very lovely and hosts were very helpful. Will definitely try to stay here when visit Reggio Calabria again. Thank you! ⭐
