A kettle and fridge was provided - cups and glasses would also have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at San Nicola Suites. Our room and small balcony was perfect for a short stay. Good value for money and a great base to explore Sorrento.

The location was perfect — just a short walk from the center, which made it so easy to explore the town. The space was very clean and well maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite features was the lovely indoor terrace — a quiet and relaxing spot to unwind after a day out. It really added a special touch to the stay.

Kettle didn't work, had a broken piece in it. Told Host but it wasn't fixed. For safety,the main door to the room should never be fully locked

Value for money was the worse we had in 12 days in the Amalfi Coast area. For that price, you would expect some better amenities both in the bathroom and for the coffee station that was literally just a tea bag and two coffee sticks. All other places we stayed at (which were all cheaper) had a capsule espresso machine and more amenities. Also, noise from surrounding rooms was an issue, as well as the curtain that only covers the bottom part of the window leaving the sun enter from the top part. The place is not bad per se, just overpriced.

The location was good and the owner was nice and met us to give us the keys.

The bathroom needed some work. Not a lot of hot water and there was mold on the ceiling.

Convenience of the location. It was easy to walk to everything in Sorrento although a bit of a trek from the train station. We did it a couple times with luggage and it was doable. Host was attentive and responsive.

Beware check in. Always gets lost in booking.com small print. They only allow between 3 and 6 and either say no or request an extra fee for later/earlier. Communication was on WhatsApp (in Italian) and it was a mess. Admittedly, my ferry was cancelled but it kept changing and I had to wait to get in while he went around other properties. For more than 100 Euros per night, I'd expect a much more coordinated approach. Terrace also wasn't cleaned when I arrived. Nice bloke and clearly running around like a lunatic, but not what I expect as a check in experience unfortunately

For Sorrento, it was good value. However, that's still well over 100 Euros per night... Great location just a few metres from everything but tucked down a quieter street. Good facilities

I struggled to dry my towel within the bathroom in winter but this could have been achieved with the hairdryer provided.

Location was great, walking distance from all the main attractions and a 12 min walk from the train and bus station. Ferdinando was an amazing host who was very accomodating when I was delayed and my new arrival time was after the check in time. He’s very considerate and ensures you are familiar with the accomodation before leaving. Great spot and great host ☺️

Shower door doesn't lock. The lock on main door was very difficult to open from outside. Space was very limited.

Perfect location. Easy walk everywhere in Sorrento. We were on foot so even walking to the train is easy. Our host was accommodating and a great communicator. Very comfortable stay. Great value I will book it again the next time I come to Sorrento.

Value quality price, It's an apartment property. We maintained just hotels in our searching feathers.. Cleaning could be better, specifically in the shower.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. You can hear everything going on in the corridors/other rooms. The plastic cups we were provided were used/dirty, however everything else was very clean.

Great location - close to all the great restaurants and the beach. Super convenient and never had to walk more than 10 minutes to get anywhere.

Would have been handy to have cups to make a hot drink, kettle and teabags provided, but no milk. The stairs to the bedroom upstairs need careful navigation, smaller feet are easier to walk up! Would have benefitted from having an extra pillow for comfort. The shower was cooler on the second night. Small niggles, certainly would not put us off staying again, all can be fixed easily.

We liked the security of the building, the location was fantastic, right in the centre of Sorento, walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. The air conditioning worked really well, and kept the room nice and cool. The decor was unique, and authentic to the Sorrento vibe. The bed upstairs was an exciting discovery for our daughter. The horse was very friendly, even offered for us to use the jacuzzi in the other apartment, very kind.

The bed was extremely hard, ants in the bathroom, little facilities.. no coffee machine. Very badly isolated against noise from the street even with windows and outside doors fully closed. I expected a bit more for the price.. you are basically paying for the bath.

Nice apartment with a great location. Close to all the main streets but not in the middle of all the crowds. The bath was great, very big. Our child was able to play and swim in side with his floatys.

I didn’t noticed small print regarding check in times, which is 1-3pm , we arrived around 10pm and host wanted to charge us 50euros for late check in , we settled on 25euros so this is only downside

Close to the town centre , clean and comfortable. Parking available for a fee in near by car park.
