I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Genoa. The location is excellent — perfect for exploring the heart of the city, with major attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Genoa in comfort and convenience.

The place is close to central locations, and it’s quiet with the windows closed. The room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. There’s a fridge, tea, and a coffee machine in the shared hallway. Cooking on the stove isn’t allowed, but there’s a great trattoria nearby.

it's noisy outside in the evening, and almost every evening one of the neighbors or ill-wishers loudly knocked on the door shouting something in Italian, it was creepy, take earplugs

It was very clean, bathroom on the second floor, there are towels and a hair dryer. I had an early flight and the owners allowed me to check in 3 hours early, thank you very much.

The room was fine, it had great size and distribution. The bathroom was huge and very pretty, but it was located on a second floor, which didn’t represent a problem for us but the listing didn’t stated it. The listing also didn’t mention that the building is in a VERY crowded street with a pub next to it, which made resting extremely difficult since there was people screaming right in front of the room window until 2am every night.

Very clean room located in the heart of Genoa. Easy check in process with clear instructions. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the amenities were good.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is not working at all..that was a big upsetting point for me. I think that should be communicated before you book an apartment. Mobile Internet is not really working there either..

The Internet was very poor. I came for work and it barely connected most of the time, although they did say they will try to fix it...

I really liked the location, very close to the conference hall. The shower was also very very nice, with good water pressure.

Although the kitchen is commune, it is not allowed to use the stove.

Great location in the heart of old town. Very close to the bars/restaurants, supermarket. ~30 min walk to the train stations. We had good time there!

Elsa was a fantastic host who provided plenty of information on how to find the property before hand. When we arrived she was able to answer any question we had about the area and provided us with some places to eat as well. Room was great, comfy bed, good aircon and a lovely and spotless bathroom.

TV installed too high (but who goes on holidays to watch TV, right?) Very little soundproofing. There is a restaurant downstairs with outside tables and a bar. Noise level seems to not to be dampened by dbl window. But I guess others may find this charming. There are ear plugs provided in case you don't
