Excellent communication and helpfulness. Gorgeous rooms and facilities in a great, central area. Attention to detail and comfort was much appreciated. The property and location exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this place if staying in Modena.

Not only was the location and room exceptional, but the hosts were incredibly helpful in obtaining transportation for us to a tour outside of Modena. We simply could not have done it without them.

It was perfect

It was in a perfect location. Staff went over the top in terms of keeping in touch with us. (There had been a delay of one day for arrival, due to rail stoppage of one day. ) Beautifully decorated with extremely beautiful bedding. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this spot.

The character, the decoration style, the tranquility despite being situated right in the center of the historical area Tomassi & Francesca were very accommodating and helpful, and made endless calls for us to book restaurants even outside the city

I appreciated the WhatsApp communication a few days before I was arriving. Their son met me at the door and kindly showed me how everything worked, plus showed me some free snacks in a little kitchenette. The room was very spacious & nice. Breakfast vouchers could be used at some very close cafes.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was really nice, and close to the center of Modena. We could walk to everything we needed, and we got a lot of good restaurant recommendations from the hosts! Definitely would recommend.

There is no elevator in the building,but for us it was not any problem. We got a great help from our hosts to carry our suitcases,so it is NOT a problem.

The host Francesca was very serviceminded and helped us to book a taxi, a table at the restaurant and to carry our suitcases. The breakfast is served at two different cafes nearby and it is great to have coffee and a croisant together with the locals.

Everything about our stay was amazing and I loved our host! She was fantastic - this was the highlight of my boyfriend and my Italian holiday :)

Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend

There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfasts could be taken at a few different locations within a short walking distance of the property. Very nice pastries and espresso drinks! The property is 30 seconds from the Duomo di Modena and central to everything. Room was clean and spacious. Soft/silent beds. The hosts met us by the Duomo when are taxi dropped us off which was a nice surprise and took us personally to our rooms.

Excellent location and a great experience with the host. She was extremely attentive and thoughtful with every detail for our arrival. The support she provided throughout was outstanding. I highly recommend it. On top of that, the place is beautiful and very comfortable.

The property is amazing! Authentically stylish, spacious, comfortable and well located in Modena. The host was super helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here off anyone visiting Modena.

Apartment was well maintained and very clean. Hosts provided timely communication and gave great recommendations for restaurants around Modena. You can tell they are very proud of their place as well as the city. Great location, very central. We would definitely stay at Sant'Eufemia again. Will highly recommend to other guests.

Lovely B&B and lovely hosts. Attention to the detail! Francesca called a taxi for us and booked us a table at the restaurant - was very helpful! The best place to stay in Modena, we will come again :) Nicely decorated rooms and nice bathroom. Top location in Modena,1 min from Duomo.

Really chilled few days in Modena which is so much more relaxed than Milan or Bologna. It's also the perfect base for Marenello (Ferrari), Parmesan cheese and Balsamic vinegar tours. Great hospitality by B&B host.
