The property is in a perfect location and the rooms our all spec’d to a decent standard. Hosts were excellent and allowed us to drop cases into the room as soon as it was ready.

I stayed in hotel in middle of August and it was 35 degrees outside. The owner limited AC to certain temperature to save on electricity bill, so I could not set it lower. Therefore I could not bring temperature lower than 27 degrees which was way too hot for me and my family. Some extra storage for luggage / clothes wouldn't hurt, especially because room is quite big.

Comfortable beds, nice room and nice bathroom, great location, welcome drink & snack, public parking available despite being located historic center. The most i liked about it was affordability.

i didnt like very much my stay in the room called ''maisonete''. i found it a bit unconfortable. especialy the stairs in the room

very cosy, near the centro historico, easy to find. the cleaning lady was very polite and helpful.She was an excelent representative of this small property My stay in the room called "suite" was excellent.

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the suit next door. Kitchen could benefit from a microwave.

There was no workman WIFi and there was no sound isolation between the apts. As a result every single simple noise such as: alarm clock, telephone chat or even normal conversation in my neighbouring apts could be heard vividly and ended up waking me up several times between 5:30 and 7:30 am

No internet. No attempt by the owner to notify us or compensate in any way. Owner does not respond to text despite him telling us not to phone but text. This our 4th time at this location. Standards are slipping. We won’t be back.

there was a bit of discrepancy about check out time between what was in the booking confirmation and what was communicated by the owners via whatsapp, however this was easily resolved by exchanging a couple of messages.

We had Superior Apartment, stayed mid May with 6-year old child. It's a very nice apartment with cozy atmosphere and ambience. Location is great, which is obvious from the map anyway. Check in was flawless: I got very clear instructions on whatsapp, followed them and got into the apartment around 9pm when the owners were not around anymore - no problem at all. For the check out you also do not need to wait for anyone to hand over the keys. The bed is on the "upper" floor of the apartment, under the roof, so on sunny days it might be a bit hot up there, but you have an A/C next to the bed which helps a lot. Advantage of the A/C is that the air flows not directly into the bed (which might be uncomfortable in the night), but a bit aside - you can get the desired temperature without cold air blowing into you all night. I personally also found the wooden stairs with walls on each side leading you from the living room to the bedroom to be quite safe, although it did not have any rails to hold (our room did not have the spiral metal stairway which you can see among the photos of the hotel). I did not use the kitchen, so cannot comment about it. Bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall + a thick curtain. All in all a great option to stay in Cesena

Can hear everything from neighboring rooms The hangers in the wardrobe are too high, it's not easy for a non tall person to reach them and hang clothes. A steep spiral staircase is not very comfortable to reach the bedroom on the second floor of the suite.

Nice place and location. Good breakfast served at a very close bar in a very friendly environment. No sound/noise from outside although it's close to a main road. Very kind host always available by phone call and by WhatsApp messenger.

Great stay on the road to somewhere. Little old town is worth an hour walk, hotel is new, nicely designed, cannot complain on anything. And the restaurant downstairs offers just amazingly tasty dishes. Recommended place.

No answer whatsoever of the apartment. We waited for 1,5 hours without any information and we managed to find something else only thanks to the call centre. Absolutely not to recommend

Staff was not available. Tried to call/message them for 2 days during our 3 days stay. Did not answer. Sofa bed was folding and had to put the matress on the floor to sleep for 2 nights. Corridor was leaking water which was coming straight into our room. On the day of the arrival they informed us that breakfast was not available and we would get a 4eur refund per person. Paid approximatelly 40eur per day for breakfast for 4 people. Paid Eur278 for 2 adults and 2 kids for b&b, with no breakfast and had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights

Location and cleaning. Cleaning lady was very polite!
